I thought so too, which is why I've been holding out on it for now.. Feb 16th seems quite close, iguess same release date as the full game release on PC? dunno
I kind of liked the crafting.. still remember going through the game with a semi-auto seeker rifle and stasis coating. Took almost everything down in a mere 2 shots lol (yeah a little OP but good fun)
Biggest dislike for me was the ending chapter, really blown up and over the top. Felt more like some random sci-fi shooter at that point
Anyway, I do hope it will eventually make a comeback as I love the series
You Are joking.. right?
No big fan of the new dialogue system either, some options are so vague. It sometimes feels more of a gamble than having full control of what your character is going to say
Yeah thats an issue, though I've learned to just leave any resources I don't need wherever I happen to find them, with the exception of legendary items, which I hoard in my armory :D
[Edit]
Legendary items, and weapons that have a lot of mods on them for reverse-engineering
The way I played it, was putting limits on everything whilst on Survival mode. For example carrying max 10 stims, 50 rounds of each ammo type (less for high caliber), and carry max 4 different weapons in your inventory including a melee as default.
It might sound a little stretchy but it does make the game a ton more exciting, especially on early levels where you are forced to either go melee or run. creates some really tense moments

"Problem is that for devs like CDPR they have to take risks on these games. If no one bought the Witcher 3 then that studio would've went out of business."
That basically goes for every studio though doesn't it?
CDPR have been very consumer friendly so far, and somehow I doubt it will remain that way once EA pulls the strings
Dying Light was definitely a fun game, though I think it got outshined by the other big titles this year.
''not gonna start taking anything seriously if you insist on still using the term "girl gamers".''
This, any article using "Girl gamers" or "straight white males" or any of that dribble should be ignored by default
This happens too often, people reviewing games they already dislike beforehand and letting it influence the eventual outcome.
Becomes more of an opinion piece than a level-headed review
No offense, but how about letting people find these things themselves.. Don't just give it away in the title and spoil the suprise
The new Tenpenny Tower right there, i'd get a room..
Its a fun game to hop on for an hour or two, especially with friends its good fun. But judging by the responses of many others on here, I suppose i'm in the minority
Don't really care though, I think many are just disappointed with Battlefront, which is imaginable
smh
Keep fighting your anti-console crusade Dynasty..
Love that backflip in the 4th video
It would be cool to have a ''every bullet counts'' kind of mod, where you could kill, and get killed by only a few bullets if not wearing any good armor.
Also would be great if you would have to seek out medical equipment like tweezers, scalpels, splints and suture kits to remove bullets or heal broken limbs.
Kind of like an in-depth hardcore mode of you would
I remember Fallout 3 not looking so great either when I bought it in 2009 for the ps3, compared to some other stunning (at the time) games like Bioshock and Killzone 2.
Though despite all, F3 still became one of my favourite games ever.
The exact opposite for me.. this guy frustrated me to no end, about equally as The Bloodletting Beast.
I've found that locking on (especially in stage 2) is a big no-no. Rolling around worked best with that ridiculous range of his
