The quest was probably just there for the sake of introducing the robot crafting.
Glad they didn't put a limit on the amount of robots you can create though, I'm so going to have my own bot fights once the arena DLC comes out
Studios end and new studios form. Sucks sometimes but its always been that way, first party or not
Really? I think its quite detailed
I remember passing some alley somewhere on the outskirts of the map, and took a stop to look at all the gravity and numbers on the walls, garbage piled up against it, cords hanging down from the rooftops and what not.
For some deadend alley 99% of players would walk right past, I was surprised at the level of detail put there
Ooh, I like that trailer. Certainly looks impressive
@JunMei
You truly believe what you just said..?
How about some people don't give a crap about whatever is on the Wii U, because it doesnt appeal to them?
You couldn't possibly be this biased
The guy gives good presentations, same when they first showed Skyrim. Very down to earth, talking about what they built instead of the salesman talk you often see from many others
Singularity was awesome
My thoughts
The difference is that CoD is a full $60 game with everything there when you initially buy it. As opposed to an episodic game where that whole $60 package is spread out over a year.
It's a fair point that the devs want to keep people interested long term but, some people like myself prefer something to sink their teeth in, instead of waiting for the next bit releasing a couple of months later.
Matter of preference and all
In that respect it could be seen as a work of art, fan art.
Not sure why some people assume such a thing would flourish into a full fledged game though.
Um, there are some (minor) gameplay spoilers in the article, for anyone who prefers to go in blind. Basically a recap of the demo(?), just a heads up
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Primal is set somewhere in Eastern/central Europe.
That would be kind of a lazy excuse to be honest, no offense intended. No doubt the game feels very different but in the best case they would have created a new area at the least right?
What i'd love to see is a sentient AI in the form of say a sidekick, or companion for your journeys (though not breaking the 4th wall, i.e them realizing they are a program within a game you bought, that would raise problems)
Perhaps integrate speech through microphone so you could have conversations about lets say, life in the wasteland with your fav Fallout 4 companion, or get abit more personal with one of the key characters in The Witcher 3, ponder about the Hunter's ...
Im not too much into comics or graphic novels personally. Though i'd definitely like to read a regular Dark Souls novel, or something like the Souls series (any recommendations?)
Going to be a good time
Harmful to minors.. so why is that 18+ or M rating on the cover?
I think that might be the problem right there.
People in general have just turned sour lol
So what would you do against it? filter everyone for every word they say, both in text chat and microphone?
Anyone feeling hurt or otherwise deeply emotionally affected by some random kid is taking these things too serious.
And I'm sorry to say this, but the problem is partially with themselves aswell. As there are multiple ways to deal with those type of players (mute, block, report etc) there is no reason for someone to sit through all that.
And...
And that is why most games from Ubi feel so similar.
"Subject matter" meaning anything to you..?
