PS5 is only like 5% bigger by volume and actually fits in an entertainment console. Also, it's generally accepted that Series S will bottleneck Series X development, and that the specs are merely bragging rights. Get the facts straight.

I don’t know why anyone actually expected this!? The only way there would be a 6th arch stone is a collaboration with FROM which the base game was not. Might be in the works if sales are good, but seems like a pipe dream to me.

It's gotta be a mistake. Sony has been forthcoming about the other cross-get titles. Demon's Souls is meant to be a graphical benchmark for the PS5 from what I've heard. Concurrent PS4 development would hinder that
This strikes me as pretty much meaningless. All pre-orders are sold out, so adoption of one platform over the other is limited by units available and I do not think think that disparity is 72:28. Moreover, the reasons that people buy a particular console at launch are not necessarily the same as the reasons behind a purchase the following year when there is a surplus of both consoles, so making any predictions from here is short-sighted.
I don't really think the souls series has been dumbed down. The only thing that stands out is increasing the number of bonfires, and it's possible that the number of arch stones (demon's souls bondfires) in the remake might increase as well. Demon's souls only had 2 arch stones per area IIRC. It was brutal
They didn't make Demon's Souls 2 because FROM is working on ER, kind of obvious. If any game deserved a remake, it was Demon's Souls, best souls game by far IMO and also the most dated. You're going to get a PS5 anyways so complaining about money seems dumb, maybe just a little bitter that you're not getting this at launch perhaps??

I'm primarily a Sony fan, but will definitely pick up a series x in the next year or so when there's a compelling reason to do so. Waiting for games; "Ahead of it its time" is an accurate assessment haha
