Money has been few and far between but since I got some fun money today I bought Little Big Planet and even had enough left over for a 12-pack of beer. I couldn't get the update to download but after 2 beers I played the game for about an hour and a half anyways. I'm going to take my time with this game and I doubt I buy another game this year. I had money earlier in the year and if some of these games coming out now had been out before they could have got my money. It won't matter becaus...
Because COD4 was set in modern times and everybody fell in love with the change, it almost automatically set the return to WWII up for failure regardless of how the game is. Well, that and Treyarch doesn't get any respect from gamers.
Yes. This game is actually really hardcore desguised as a casual.
The game looks and plays better than any other anime game I've played so I would actually agree with your score of 9. Good job :)
I don't have Little Big Planet yet :(
From my understanding a multiplayer online game doesn't have graphics like a single player game from the disc and it will be interesting to see the full graphic display from the single player.
These "mine is longer than yours" story posts are pointless. The internet is breeding gound for the dregs of gaming. I've come to the realization that the only voice you can trust is your own, but if you're hearing voices that's not good so you probably should ignore them too. I figured this story would make it and be the red meat for the fanbases to rally around. I just wish that the story from yesterday about Variety being part of Microsoft wasn't covered up so quickly because...
There are records for when the console was purchased and the time of the first repair held by Microsoft for all owners.
I don't want to label an entire group of gamers as fanboys, so I would have to describe my observations of Xbox 360 owners as simply being committed and loyal to the Xbox. At the moment, by the numbers, Bungie's following from Xbox owners is overwhelming. But even if Bungie made games on the PS3 I do not think many Xbox fans would consider getting a PS3 even under those circumstances.
This turn of events is pretty pathetic :(
Microsoft has been spreading so much news trying to let people know about the user created game they want to release in the future because it looks like the Little Big Planet type game is the next-gen equivalent to the Wii.
The guy in the white suit is fruity.
Obama's campaign marketed for the election in a video game already and it was ironic because he said at one point that he doesn't play video games and that people playing video games should be doing other things instead. Basically, since it's convenient as of right now things won't change, but if there are any issues in the future for any reason don't count on support being there.
Screen-tearing on a shooter game is unacceptable. Ubisoft has been releasing shooters with screen-tearing since the first GRAW.
I wonder if some people choose not to buy Resistance 2 and wait just a little longer for Killzone 2 to get themselves a FPS fix. Valkyria Chronicles, while not a FPS could really fit right in R2's slot, just as a bunch of other games could that are getting rave reviews. Killzone 2 is a no-brainer simply on visuals.
Not likely. They are friends.
Itagaki did not work on the PS3. He let the other guy handle the Sigma project and that's why it was said "For any developer that's been working on ALL of the platforms that are available today, I think they would agree that the PlayStation 3 is the most powerful system out there."
You lose all credibility if you don't already know who wins the election.
I double down right now and say this one isn't going to make it because it's too concrete in proclaiming what tons of people don't want to hear.
I couldn't get the update to download so I can't grab user created content yet, but hopefully tomorrow is better. Updates are always pretty hard to get for some reason, but this one is by far the worst. Maybe there is just too many people trying to get the dang update? I really look forward to all the user levels and because I didn't have enough money to buy the game until today and it's been out for a couple weeks there should be a ton of cool stuff.
