Patience is a virtue.
With the size of the bluray disc capacity all content for this old game should have been included. And in my mind that includes whatever "new" content because it's not like they haven't had enough time to make it.
In the first paragraph the reviewer says "I couldn't wait to hop online and play my very first Socom game (yeah, I know, surprising, huh?). I've heard wonderful things about the other Socom franchise games prior to this one". But then in the next paragraph the guy says "The only downfall in the game is the lack of weapons compared to the previous Socom titles." so how does he know that? But regardless of the confusion I got from reading this review I do think it's nice t...
Thank you for posting the story and I will definetely check it out.
the bomb.
and where is Fat Princess on any of those lists :)
Once every developer and publisher start to copy it things will be more obvious I guess.
Well the entire point doesn't apply to this story. This story is going to be viewed by somebody other than you and me at N4G and that person might be gullible enough to be persuaded into thinking what they just watched was true. There could be a number of reasons why Yahoo would put this out there but I know none of those reasons are because they want you to feel good about Sony.
Somebody disagreed with my comment at 6. Some people have no sense of humor. Watch the video again when it gets to the 360 and tell me they aren't just reading what Microsoft sent them regarding the 360 word for word at times
So he drops out before he flunks out because we know he's stupid and his mom allows him to do it so he got the stupid gene from her.
So Playstation represents the future of disc based games and downloads.
That's impressive.
It's not really spin. I think Sony isn't worried about the same things that everybody here is. People here on N4G look at each month of each consoles sales and freak out over everything, but we don't know the bottom line or what is best for the company. Sony has 3 systems out on the market and I know they are making money from their games division. The PS3 is going to be around for a long time (what is this year 2 of 10?) and the funny thing is I think Microsoft needs to release the next X...
That's cool. I wasn't thinking about those when I thought about it. XBL and PSN to me are more about the stores. But if I had to focus on the online gaming I would definetely add the price of the PSN :)
For Sony - they said "Sony's in serious trouble" and then they list the price range for the PS3 at $400-500. I didn't know it was $500 bucks for a PS3.
Doesn't matter.
For Microsoft - they went on to describe the 360 and said "with a promise of a great season of games" and the cheapest system available "there's never been a better time to own a 360" - spoken exactly like Microsoft at every conference.
For Nintendo - ...
But to make things interesting say both PSN and Live had to be combined into one service. What parts would you take from each service to form the best combination of the two?
Back when Tretton said Sony secured a R* exclusive which would be an exciting new franchise, they made mention back then that this game was not that game.
This is not exclusive.
Thank God it's not Lucas!
people have already moved on from the game and with all the games coming out in October and November people who have played the game will go for one of the new games, not an add-on to an old game.
I hope they made the graphics better in the past 2 years
I bought it on day one. I like it when I can get in. I do wish I had waited the extra couple days and bought it from the PSN instead however. But thanks for letting me know you enjoy it also.
