Almost all blu-ray movies are on sale the week they are released. If you plan on buying the movie, do yourself a favor and get it while it's on sale.

Sony could have had better numbers, but they are keeping their game studios and continue to fund first and second party games. Nothing wrong with that. If they scrapped half of the studios and big projects (just half, mind you) that's break even territory for the games division. There's always a bigger picture and this is basically still year 2 of PS3.
I realize there are more games that are coming out this year, but as of right now I actually have to say if I had a vote this would be my pick for game of the year, and I don't usually care for horror games.

I'm not totally sold on Microsoft ruining gaming because it's not a bad business approach they have going. Granted I can see where you are going because they buy the rights to the DLC, but then most of these companies are comfortable making games on Microsoft tools so they happily go along with it. I don't care who makes dumb moves in gaming. I will say it sucks if it sucks regardless of what company does it. So when somebody reads my posts and thinks I'm a fanboy that's just because they are so focused on one side that they lose sight of the whole picture.
It's physics based and therefore timing and anticipation are the main keys in my opinion.

Interesting. I never thought about that. You probably are correct in saying it would go under if that were the case? Unless the PS3 was released a full year ahead of everything else. Some people are addicted to gaming and wouldn't wait a full year when there is new tech on the shelves. And once anyone spends hundreds of dollars on something they can always find a twist to justify the investment.

On the bluray of SAW IV if you go to special features and then scroll down to "also from Lionsgate" but instead of pressing enter, press to the left and you will bring up a sawblade. Press enter on the sawblade and the game begins.
Not sure if this game is available on the regular DVD version because all I have is the bluray, but check it out because it's pretty neat.
Out of all the silly ideas this guy comes up with he obviously holds a grudge against bluray. As a cost cutting measure he could have picked up on the Wi-Fi but instead chose to claim bluray doesn't add to the games. I downloaded the demo and actually liked it. I don't really care for RPG games normally. If I had one complaint it would be that it was a little too easy.
During both the 360 and PS3 versions for some odd reason the game was real choppy. I only have the PS3 version so I can't say what it's like on 360, but watching the clip had me thinking they were running an unfinished version of the game because for 16 hours I've been playing the game so far and it's always run butter smooth.
