But the fact that Microsoft has one less studio from an already small number doesn't make much sense. I guess they are closer to really live or die by 3rd party support?
The crashes and AI of Motorstorm are in another league, but if you can't have Motorstorm I guess you can race one type of vehicle without any rage or crazy s#!t happening around you and say it's better.
This makes sense because it seems 80% of Gamestop's in-store customers are for the 360. Amazon.com is where the PS3 shoppers go it looks like, and the Wii people shop at Toys-R-Us.
I believe the next Xbox is coming way sooner than expected. The clearout of the 360 is not the only sign. There have been games in development for the new system for well over a year now. A release late next year is probably what is going to happen. The 360 will be kept around like the PS2 for a couple years so MS will have 2 consoles on the market.
Rare hasn't really done anything in recent memory
This article makes me wonder who typically gives the high scores?
I went for the Qore episode and was bummed out the Motorstorm demo wasn't available. The first game is my favorite racer all-time by far and it's nice to know when the Qore demo will finally be made available.
I'm going to get it but if Killzone 2 came out on the same day I would have went with Killzone for the Killzone graphics.
I keep coming back to the Collector's Edition theory. I love Collector's Editions and there will never be any for downloads. I used to collect baseball cards when I was little. Now I collect movies and games. Collecting movies and games on files is not the same and takes the fun out of it. Sometimes I don't even need to play the items I own and I might just sort them and look at the boxes to relax.
Everybody is going to put out levels with both of these outfits and I can play them that way
That cover sucks
It was a joke
I probably will have traded it in for the newest game out and that makes it easier on my wallet so DLC does nothing for me.
the collectors edition of the download adds a commentary track?
I never thought about it until you brought it up but I think a 30 versus 30 match of Gears would be way cool. The only thing I think the maps would need to be a lot bigger but if they were that would be cool.
I'm sure R2 is very close to disc capacity with the 2 campaigns and size of the multiplayer.
The camera is nice in my opinion. It acts as the players eyes and like in real life you have a limited area you can view without moving your head and body. If you expect to be able to spin your view around 360 degrees you will be sorry. But you can't spin your eyes around the back of your head so like life you need to deal with it.
But not even close to Monsters
All my perceptions on the game are covered here by these two guys and I agree with what they are saying.
this gets pushed back and won't be released until April 09 or so
