The game is an RPG as Horizon Zero Dawn is, nothing more.
There's nothing groundbreaking about it, I don't know why we HAVE to give them credit and wait for them to make it better.
It was a big let down for me. Just an average story with good shooting and a dead world around it.
(I'm playing on PC, almost no problems with bugs)

Doom Eternal was great, but basically just bigger Doom 2016. I hade a great time, but not GOTY for me.

Anyone who feels this game is "disrespectful" just because the story didn't go the way they wanted and keep nitpicking, searching for crazy motivations to say this game is trash should just get over it and face reality.
And maybe try to actually undestand the game, it's phenomenal. You can dislike it, but in no way this game is bad, not even close.
Maybe of course, that's plausible, I don't know.
What I know is that people are not commenting about GoT winning, but about TLoU2 losing. That's the point.
I don't see it quite this way... these kind of votes don't mean anything, especially in the circustamces of the hate around TLoU2.
The game probably lost because most of the people that voted were actually haters, it's the review bombing story all over again.
People that are angry and upset for their reasons would fight to the death and vote with multiple accounts to make the game lose.
Those who liked the game? They didn't even know about ...
Good to know, the structure and gameplay just looked like Japan Assassin's Creed to me so I skipped, but I'm gonna give it a try!
Is people still upset about TLoU2 being succesful to the point they are happy it lost? Holy moly, what a world we live in.
Congrats to Sucker Punch, honestly I didn't play this game because it looked kind of generic to me. I'm going to try it next year.
