I was really disappointed with the demo, but I have to admit the improvement seems quite impressive. Maybe I'll give it a try now.
Tales of Arise is one of the best JRPGs I've played in recent memory... absolutely masterful
Good for him.
I mean, this is one of the very few Switch games that is worth this price tag, so...
I know right? Rhythm games are such a waste of time... there are no guns, no explosions... ridiculous...
I bet a 75 metacritic average... everything about it looks generic, and the gameplay from the demo was uninteresting.
@Elda it's a disagree... if they didn't enjoy it, they downvote.
Why does everyone take downvoting as something personal. lol
Oh nooooooooo.
Anyway....
I agree they should update the Switch, but Bayonetta can be easily played in stable 60 FPS, 120 FPS is quite overkill. It would be pretty though.
I already own DMC and DBZ, and I also already played Back 4 Blood on Game Pass, but I'm very glad they included Sayonara Wild Hearts, I've been waiting to play that game forever.
My eyesight is perfect, I'm just used to good looking games. lol
The lighting is very poor if compared to the video or to any high budget ps5 title. I don't like the art style either, everything looks brownish... the original video looked more alive and realistic.
Also, the fog they added on the back ground is just a cheap way to hide popping and low res models in the distance.
Yeah, it looks pretty bad. And I don't think the final version will be much different.
inFamous powers felt way more satisfying to use in my opinion.
And that's a game from 13 years ago...
The game is just bad. It feels uninspired from every point of view, and the combat isn't fun. The last battle of the demo was supposed to be the most intense and interesting, but it was just an overleveled enemy with two moves, super easy to dodge.
I didn't like the game right from the very first trailer, but now I'm even more convinced.
God of War is one of the best narrative driven adventure games ever.
Elden Ring is one of the best (if not THE best) open world games ever.
They're both incredible in their own leagues.
Dropped it after a couple hours. Cool atmosphere but everything else looked pretty dull.
Fair enough, I enjoyed Layers of Fear 2, it felt very creative and original, except the last level, which was just a mess of lights and jumpscares.
They're certainly not in Silent Team's league, but I think they're kind of talented and can pull out some pretty good stuff.
Observer was cool and Layers of Fear series was very nice to me.
Unfortunately, The Medium was probably rushed in order to release it early, but I think it had a lot of potential too.
Cultural preservation is a good thing, and there's nothing wrong in having a national "gaming" glossary. The only problem is that gaming is a worldwide phenomenon, and everyone should be allowed to communicate with other people from all over the world.
So, having new national terms is not a bad idea per se, but banning english terms is just plain stupid.
I liked FF XVI a lot but I can see why they gave it that score, the game has some problems. Still at least an 8 for me.
