Nice score, I will eventually pick this up as I loved the first one so much...but with so many amazing games this year, I have to put this one on the back burner for now.
It's kind of sad, I mean I play PSN/PS3 as well as XBL/360 and I think it's kind of sickening the way people hope to have something to hold against the other side of the spectrum.
PS3 owners shouldn't be hoping for something bad to happen to 360 users and vice versa.
This is getting plain childish.
Nobody hacks people on XBL, if anything it's phishing that is a problem, which if that is the case, don't be stupid where you put in your passwords.
Been a XBL user for almost six years and I've never had any issues.
They don't need to take many risks, I wouldn't if I were them. We've seen a ton of new IP's flop and fail to make money, while Gears, Forza, Fable, Halo, Crackdown, Splinter Cell ect.. all sell very well.
Hopefully they incorporate some more Alan Wake into the mix next gen as well. No need complaining about new IP's when nobody is buying them.
Batman AC is the sequel though. I think a third title in that series might suffer a bit. I have both this game and AC preordered though...lol
Seems like a lot of people are high on a single foreign publication. I will be getting the game anyway, but I'm not expecting it to be better then the last Uncharted game. When your at the top, only one place to go.
Also, I wouldn't be expecting perfect scores all over either, this hasn't been a great year for those, and I doubt the third game in a series get's many.
What I mean by that is, the first game was solid, the second game improved ...
Not exactly true, games like Mass Effect 2 and now Batman Arkham City both make you lose out on single player content if you don't buy the game new. You lose out on Catwoman on Batman and you lost a character and full mission on Mass Effect 2.
It's bordering on ridicules in my opinion.
I hardly call less then 700k "tearing up". Not sure why people worry so much about the numbers thing by now anyway. Were in a much longer cycle and it's been good for gamer's everywhere.
Also, VGchartz really?
Simply amazing. I think Microsoft was smart not to rush to a price cut. Gears 3 is a system seller, obviously. Also with Forza 4, Halo CE and MW3 coming out, I don't see a need to rush one now.
I realize MW3 isn't an Xbox 360 exclusive, but to a lot of people see it that way. That game does very well on the 360.
Congrats to Microsoft!
They released the same games they are talking about on XBL as well, so I would assume they would release Skies on both.
Another perfect score, definitely deserves this.
Well I play it on an almost 60 inch HDTV with the force feedback wheel, now with the Kinect integration and the head tracking it immerses you into the game unlike any other game on the market.
The shear level of customization you have with the game is unreal, the Forza series is the highest rated racing series of all time, not just this generation, but of all time.
Each car and track is rendered equally and you can tell Turn 10 really took their time and put ...
You don't think people have lost some faith in Sony after their online service went down for a month and people's personal information was leaked? I don't know a single person who has their credit card information stored on PSN anymore. I consider that a loss of faith, don't you?
My comment still makes the most sense, how do people expect Sony to continue to pay for all these security measures when they aren't making anything on PSN? I cant be the only on...
Forza 4 is the definitive racing simulation of this generation. I haven't really stopped playing it since came out. Turn 10 is definitely firing on all cylinders.
I think quite a few people are excited for Project Draco, I've been looking forward to it since I first heard about the game. Shades of Panzer Dragoon if you ask me.
I agree, they count each piece as a separate "Move" sale. I own the original bundle and it's pretty cool, but I really want Sorcery and some Move only titles that make it worth the price.
You cant drive it, just unlock it for Autovista mode.
If it's as glitchy as the Frostbite 2.0, then it's a waste of money.
You are probably one of those fools that thinks COD still uses Quake coding on their game...lol
Typical EA move. I really dislike them, I think this whole attacking Activision thing coupled with things like online passes and their season pass that let's you download the full game 3 days in advance (big whoop), they are getting out of hand with the greed.
While I originally hoped this game would do well, now I'm kind of rooting against it, mainly because if it does do well it will only be a matter of time before we see alternating Battlefield games every year, ju...
Well maybe Twisted Pixel will be able to work on something they already own? I doubt they are going to be doing XBLA games anymore.
