I am the opposite, when there are new games, I usually want to play them first (if they are good of course), I am not very motivated to play retro games. Maybe I am getting old, just don't feel like I have enough time to replay games that I have finished before.
Recently finished Kena Bridge of Spirit, Metroid Dread... was hoping to playing Dying Light 2 next but that is delayed... so just in the process of picking what to play next, maybe I should wrap up RDR2. Actuall...
Finished 100%, loved every minute of it, boss fights are so satisfying, just wish it would be a bit longer. I was a little slow (took too many tries on bosses), but still finished everything in 11 hours.
So you can hear both the chat and the game while your friends getting blasted by your 7.1 surround sound system needlessly? What a nice friend you are.
Great achievement. Genuine question, how does one find time to play games a few generations back? I barely have time to keep up with games that I have never played before.
@anubusgold
Except in this case, instead of just releasing the tires, they have to be like "sue me, asshole".
I would love third party custom plates, but because of their attitudes, I will not support them.
Switch is a good little device but not my preferred way to play games.
Screen is too small, controller is too uncomfortable, hardware too outdated.
I wish there will be a full on powerful Nintendo consoles with no gimmicks someday.
I was all about Nintendo from NES to GameCube... but starting to care less and less about they consoles since Wii... it was fun for a few games, but it was SUPER weak, and then the trend continued, Wii U, Swi...
But if it is on PC, then it is almost like "cross-gen", unless they set the minimum requirements high.
If this is in early development, then maybe it would still be a cross-gen, just PS5/6 instead of PS4/5.
Ya, it is amazing, I feel sad that some people (some personal friends, not trying to start a console war) that I know would just assume it is gimmick and then turn it off right away without trying it more.
It is not related to refund and that isn't what this feature is trying to solve.
I always wanted to try Sackboy a big adventure with my son, but always worried that the controller might be too big or difficulty might be too hard for him, used the trial feature on a Sunday afternoon with him, he enjoyed it a lot, then I bought the full version right after. Hopefully trials will be available to more games, but I think 6 hours might be too much in some cases, a lot of game...
Except Sony never said this is for fixing refund issue, it is just gamerant's opinion.
Everything about Sony is negative to Sonyslave3, don't bother explaining.
Have human resolved all actual animals cruelty in real life now that they have to worry about digital one as well?
I mean people who have problems with that can always go play tic tac toe or something, or am I offending the x when the circle goes first too?
At least I actually spent the money, bought the game, and tried it. Unlike people who call all PS games walking simulator without even owning a PS.
My time is valuable, if it is not fun, then I play something else, even though I paid full price and it is not refundable. I played 35+ years of games, I can tell a game is good or not in the first 30 minutes, if I had no interest, I wouldn't even have bought the game in the first place, I was interested, I still couldn'...
I bought Far Cry 5 day 1, played one time of 30 minutes and couldn't make myself to play it again. Probably skipping this entry, Ubisoft open world games have been boring for many years now, and looks like it is not changing in the near future.
They need to know longer/bigger doesn't mean better, the quests are usually too meaningless and unrelated, all their games are about getting to all question marks, do some uninteresting events, get some uninteresting rewards,...
@Notellin
Based on your message, I don't see how self claim non-fanboy is any better.
I can't be excited about a studio? Go mind your own business, I didn't even say 1 letter of toxic stuff on my last message.
I feel the exact opposite. Amazing studio, glad they have the funding to do their own things now.
Yawn....
