I kinda don't want to get this one because the studio is gone, so none of the money will go to the people that deserve it.
Disadvantage of releasing too early in a year.
Likely just greed, maybe black ops is their best selling series then they think to themselves, why not just do black ops every year.
Right, next year, somehow I thought it was this year, or the year before, or the year before, or the year... must be my memories. /s
@Profchaos
I would say Astro Boy or Sackboy would both lose all its charm in Lego form.
So far everything XBox touches die...
AC: Shadow's map was big for the sake of big, every quest makes me run from point to point for at least a few minutes if not more. Castle becomes giant chest box that contains a legendary gear, if the perk is not what you want, don't even need to bother... I finish the game at 70 hours, didn't do everything. I enjoyed the game, but it is an 7.5/10 max.
Yotei took me 60 hours, did 100% of everything, enjoyed every second of it, didn't make me run around like ...
I actually had a lot of fun with the MP mode in TLOU, Uncharted 2/3/4, Ghost of Tsushima... etc, just don't go full on MP and forget where their strength are... like how they put every single studio on live service games. Hardcore gamers would just not buy any of them just to send a message, to let Sony know that is the wrong path.
They have the studios and resources to become even more successful than PlayStation if it is actually being ran by competent people.
Sadly they don't need any competition to bring themselves down...
Totally agree, it should have been a first person shooter. /s
That's fine, will keep playing Legend 2 until their next game. Can't wait.
I wish AC can learn from this. Less is more.
I played AC Shadow, but most of the time I felt like the travel was unnecessarily time consuming, gears upgrade was grindy as f, fast travel points are often at inconvenient places, each castle is basically a legendary item box, so many targets that you lose tracks and no longer cares about each of them.
Does it matter though?
It is a great game, and in terms of game design, it is an evolution from Tsushima, better in almost every way. Story is objective, but I like it so far.
I wish more gamers know how to pick good games to support.
Well deserved, it is a very well designed game.
It is like asking people who don't like raw food to review sashimi/sushi.
If only they spend a fraction of the money they wasted on making live services games on creating VR games instead.
I like the single player with MP tack on structure the best.
Like Uncharted 2/3/4, and Ghost of Tsushima and Legends... can't wait for Legend 2.
Hopefully Bend Studio is doing the same.
Please release at first three good single player games before you even mention the term "live service" again, it is doing a lot of damage on the PS reputation.
I played with friends for a few sessions then stopped. For me, biggest problems is too repetitive and not enough content.
Oh that would be awesome!!
