He's only partly right, the people who invest alot early on in new gen reaper the benefits later on by learning the console inners properly.
Hanging back and waiting to see what happens means you have to start from scratch so you end up being behind.
And they are the bits that get through the censorship clearly people accept movies for what they are not real just like games should be.
@raytraceme i will be ok my glasses are for shortsightedness,
The biggest problem must be orientation of the person using it, if something made you jump for instance you may not be lucky enough to fall on the couch.
In fact it could end up being the new wii remote problem but with peoples heads inbeded in the tv instead of the wii remote.
Have you ever seen 'person of interest' forget GTA and watch that if you want to see why i think it has a lot of potential.
Watchdogs looks more focused on all of the people round you in the streets but with gta the people are just fillers for the streets.
But gta will have more random things to do i bet and more vehicle's verity.
You sound like someone that doesn't have too many partys with friends as this was where the wii thrived and sold to the casuals, fun to play and easy to pick up the only thing the ps3/360 had like that was rockband.
And miyamoto will do something unique with the controller and give you an experience you couldn't get elsewhere.
They needed a different name for a start i bet a lot of casuals that see the display think its just a new controller,
The U at the end has no suggestion of new generation of nintendo consoles at all.
Thats because they don't have production problems like the ps3 had with the blu ray diodes.
Being able to produce so many should be a big hint to nintendo to take more of a profit hit to get them in homes quicker before the the real fight starts.
I think the biggest mistake they made was not putting a good video camera on the back.
They could have done so much around the house with Argmented reality, imagine a horror game around your house for instance being able to see a quick flash of something behind you through a mirror
@ron danger what MM is doing is very clever they are stripping everything most games have and ploughing all the power they have at there disposal into the characters and animation,
No dought they will have some form of theather setting but nothing too complex just like LBP.
And the other half of bizzare are now lucid and are multiformat and are making next gen games if you look at the ps4 devs list
Look at how long they take to make a GT game and that should answer your question on weather they should make other games on the side too.
We already wait years for a GT game do you really want to add extra side projects to that or carry on.
At the end of the day GT is that important to the playstation they will have to do a bungie if they want to make a different game.
It depends on how the compression chips if its moving stuff around at even 2x the compression your getting double the speed and double the memory,
And on top of that you have the move engines that make it easy for the cpu/gpu to share data and allocate registers for the data.
If you go off the specs vgleaks leaked, and just about all bar the memory size were right and that was changed last min, the durango has everything compressed in memory and is decompressed into the gpu cache so depending how effective the compression is will depend on how the memory speed is compared to the ps4.
I wouldn't be worried about the memory speed on the durango but i do think the ps4 will be better with the gpu having more cu's
I have no hate for anyone, i will just buy the best console in a time frame that suits me, last time i went with the 360 at launch, i enjoyed for a whole year before the ps3 launched and even when i did it wasn't much better.
This time if most of what i'm reading about the machines i will go for a PS4
Wasn't rage written by bethesta using i.d's engine or were bethesta just the publisher
I'd forgotten all about doom 4, didn't they start making it around the same time as rage.
I'm an 360 owner, i bought it a launch because I knew it was the most powerful gaming machine availible for at least a year and i knew the gpu wouldn't be as good in the ps3 and devs were struggling with the cell.
This time there won't be a year gap so i'm probably going to go with a playstation.
I live in the UK and know alot of the MS apps wont come here and it would be much worse if i lived elsewhere in Europe.
How can you say its n...
You will probably have to get used to it like people have done with music, people still buy cd's but i can't see them ever catching up with i-tunes again.
The big problem sony and MS has is with its price of downloads, thats the only reason i don't switch.
