Do you think a DLP projector will block out enough light to stop lots of light reflection on my LCD.
I have an older infocus dlp projector, I don't use it much because you really need a dark room to get good contrast and images, I would liketo try this but I'd be worried about reflections on my tv screen.
In fact it's probably been made for microsofts reveal.
I think the ps4 will be out just before the 720.
Exactly the same date as the original xbox 360 release date in the US.

I can tell the difference between the game play and cut scenes, but because it's been made for a film festival the gameplay has to flow, so all the searching and other bits would detract from the flow.
It's a shame he didn't notice that too, you have to applaud any game that dares to be different.
Hollywood isn't all the same thing either, some people like period drama and some people love toy story or arnie.
Maybe you should borrow it to try it out just as a change from what you usally play.
@conzul I was more impressed with beyond than killzone, the animation, setting, acting and script make it feel more realistic than killzone.

@ raptor so its QuickTime events with the analogue stick instead of the buttons so it's still a form of QuickTime.
if you look on you-tube someone has posted a 35min video it looks great, definitely won't be beaten graphically this gen.

Lot's of people buy new games by trading in old games, I mainly buy new but if they ban used games sales will drop massively and may even stop me lending games to friends.
Don't tell me you have never borrowed or lent a game to someone.
Even sales are backed up by what I'm saying that's why sequels sell better than the original.
I grew up with loading from tape decks with my msx and spectrum, trust me unless you have tried that you have never seen a long load time.
I am expecting the 720 games shown to be better than sonys just based on the fact that the specs seem to have been set in stone for alot long(the rumours never change much) and they have had first party working on games for much longer.
Tech demo's of and actual game engine that is being used is a little different from just a tech demo.
I was impressed with the capcom game (if it was in game)and the square and David cage tech demo, and drive club but I like driving games.
Should we add all the 360 games that appeared 6 months after launch.
@utalkingtome all of the pd3 launch games where available on the360 in superior form go check the reviews, except genki, resistants, motorstorm (the only good launch game) and ridge racer. And that list was the uk launch which was a whole 6 months after the japanese launch that only had 6 bad games.
I think always on DRM would be a terrible idea, yes by all means do I quick check if your already connected to the net but the aways on thing sounds terrible.
But not as bad as banning used game sales.
People are just rightfully worried about setting presidents and if MS dare to ban used games or make kinect a big deal then I will be a proud owner of a ps4 instead

It's simple really you keep making a loss you go out of business, you keep making a profit your doing business in the right way.
There's no other comparison to make, to say Nintendo should do it the Sony way when all the real world figures are there to see is just silly.
Microsoft have always had very organized launches, its no surprise all there studio's are working on next gen for the last two years or so and leaving 3rd party to take care of this gen, it's much harder to convince big 3rd party studios to throw lost of money at something that has no user base to sell to.
So the playstation is a more important invention than the silicon chip, electricity, the internet, the combustion engine, lightbulb, plastic, and metal.
