Was that before or after they made Haze? :P
Nowadays, when any CoD dev says their game is going to be the best, they're always right. Amazing...or scary? O_O
Well, Onechanbara came onto the Wii and flunked big time. So, hopefully they'll either fix the probs or straightaway make a new title.
And that pic is from the "not possibly but most truly more pathetic" movie. :D
William Adaama would go all >:[ on Solid Snake and Chuck Norris.
But seriously, turn this into a "Who's the Cyclon?" guessing game. Would be freaking awesome (not that that's the only thing cool about BGS). :D
However, I've seen a lot of people who'd still love to play as Raiden simply because of the mad ninja props he offers.
And here I thought I was the only one who liked a cold controller when he started playing after a long cut-scene. :D
But I'm just looking through the guidelines and I cannot find a single one that your comment has any basis in.
And if you don't like HHG, your problem. Not like Ravi asked to marry him either. It's an interview. Deal with it. :)
So it's not a question of it's play-time. It's more like, why not get this story to flow better and actually involve the gamer rather than taking control out of their hands for 45 minutes to an hour at one time. Mind you, I loved the cut-scenes from MGS 1-4 but it couldn't hurt to try something new. :)
Games like Half-Life and F.E.A.R. gave the player complete control and still managed to tell great stories. It's a matter of preference, of course. I mean, I like the long cut-scenes of MGS but some people get bored in the first five minutes. Oh well.
Edit: Posts that make you want to argue your own point are "rediculously stupid"? o.O
The Patriots seized free thought after all! No! Snaaakkee!
Heh...Power Ranger rip-off. I honestly never saw it way. So very true. :)
I found that Killzone 2 not having an install feature was something lacking...because the game really just stops in places while loading the next portion. But then, the install times for games like DMC4 and MGS4 on PS3 were nothing to be happy about. Installs should be made an optional feature but agreed. It's entirely possible to halve the 45 minute cut-scene and still load a significant few level (s) while the player is doing nothing.
...
So, they had to do a poll for this? They couldn't just straight away SAY IT?
That's the collective clicking of 3500 souls gone forever. :(
It WAS placed under PSN's service exclusivity and it is under "Related products-->MGS5 (PS3)". So, it's kind of a given that it'll come to PS3.
William Adaama from BattleStar Galactica. :)
Still has nightmares of Emperor Pete from Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse. :D
Also a contender for worst ending ever ("Oh, it was just a dream! Pluto, you're safe after all!") xD
It was simply, "Hit him with Shoryuken now! NOW! God, you messed up AGAIN!" Then the other person would try it and screw up even harder.
Funny as hell but still utterly cheap. :P
'Even Resident Evil bosses are nigh-impenetrable, unless defeated by an “uber-weapon”. Count ‘em off: Tyrant by rocket launcher in RE1 and RE2, Nemesis by rail cannon in RE3, Saddler by rocket launcher in RE4, Wesker by two RPG launchers in RE5 and so on.'
:P
Speculation is fine. This is E3 after all.
Out of all those, San Andreas PSP, Max Payne 3 and some new GTA IV episodes would be most expected. Max Payne 3 has already been announced and E3 looks as good a place as any to show it off. And if a new GTA IV episode is coming, chances are high that it'll be 360-exclusive for now.
But tickets must be sold out by now any way. >.<
As for Aliens: Colonial Marines, I have a hard time believing this game's been in the dev cycle since 2001. Apparently Sega (who purchased the rights to the Aliens franchise 20th Century Fox in 2006) wants their AvP games to come out first in 2010 before Colonial Marines does. The game's been delayed and while Gearbox says it's still on, no new details have come up.
Well, it is E3 and it less than 7 months away ...
Does showcasing a Halo title for, like, the millionth time in a row (Halo 3 ODST) count for an MS presence?
Also, E3 will be from June 2 to June 4 - oddly enough, those are all weekdays. I thought I'd be able to follow it when free on the weekend. :(
It's fun to see game developers try. :)
Edit: On an unrelated note, the second Naruto Shippuuden movie sucked big time.
