Not really, we have seen the most important thing about the Sony wands which is it working in real games like Little Big Planet and Resident Evil 5.
As for Natal then we've seen a few tech demo's and a lot of PR.
The main thing is that the PS3 is a better piece of hardware with better quality games - the numbers of hardware/software sold are irrelavent to the PS3 experience.
If they do show some more Natal stuff then i hope its a lot better than the stuff they have shown so far. It needs a solid demonstration of it running it a hardcore game, no need to show any more milo or painting.

Im sure all the seperate bits of technology that would make up a new console are in development but as to the moment when a consoles specs are finalised then i dont think that will come for around for several years.
Even after a new console is announced then its still usually a year or two before it actually see's the light of day.

The game is definatley a pushes all the right buttons as far as hack and slash type games go but its not like some amazing revelation of gameplay. Its same old same old DMC type stylised combat with a new level of polish on it.

To say is requires 3 time the amount of work is incorrect. It requires no more or no less work as long as you are familiar with the PS3 architecture. Studios who hire dedicated PS3 programmers will produce better quality PS3 games, studios that dont will produce shoddy ports and lose out on PS3 sales.
