Even a simple list like this one gets people sighing in disapproval. And people have the guts to be against that Gaymers convention, saying "they don't need that".
I agree, but not as much as Marvel vs Capcom 2 to MVC 3. MVC3's graphics are terrible. What was Capcom thinking?
Are you serious?
Red Dead Redemption sub-HD on PS3
http://n4g.com/news/525541/...
"Sub-HD on PS3 isn't really acceptable anymore"
"I'm a PS3 zealot and this really sucks"
"ps3 fanboys never shutup about 360 sub-hd games"
This is just one example I found by a quick search. If you have time, you...
Uh, sorry. I didn't know that we're supposed to go to only one game convention a year. Do you have to sign a contract or something like that? No? So people who go to this Gaymercon will be able to continue going to E3 and any other game conventions out there, including your "regular conventions"? Yes? But, if that's true, what Smashbro29 isn't just a lame excuse to be against this convention? That's what I thought.
It must be annoying for homophobes to see that there are enough gay gamers to make a convention, right? It must be annoying that they can show game developers that there's a public for characters that are not the standard male heterossexual, right? It must be annoying that no matter how much you whine "I don't want my RPG character to have the option to be gay", there are a lot of people who want that, right?
It was nice when I first bought my PS3 and I still didn't have too much to play, even though I never really liked any of Plus' free games (my subscription expired months ago, and I don't miss any of the games I "lost"). But now that I have more games than I have time to play, Plus just isn't that good for me anymore.
That's because none of these things are worth remembering.
"Even though Dark Souls is being ported to the superior on every technical level PC, it is still filled with the same issues as the original Dark Souls. There will still be lag on Blighttown and the game does not have any polish or upgrades to the graphics."
How can the author be wrong if he said exactly the same thing as you? It's good to actually read the articles before criticizing them.
Even though it's not what I expected, if it has stable framerates (the console version doesn't), I'll buy it.
In a dream world we would get the perfect console, with Nintendo's creativity, Sony's tech power and Microsoft's online structure.
But we'd probably get just an underpowered console, with updates that take forever to download, and that breaks after three months of use.
Try to put here a "greatest couples in gaming" list. See everyone saying "this couple is the best", "I prefer this couple", "I have wet dreams about Tifa", and things like that. After that, put a "greatest gay couples in gaming" list. See how everyone says "keep these things for yourselves", "stop turning everything gay", "why do you need to make these kind of lists?" and things like that.

I would agree with you if Ashley wasted our ammo, or if 4 was all sunny like 5, or if 4 had replayable chapters to gather ammo instead of relying on our abilities of conserving ammo, or if 4 had a partner system that destroyed any sense of horror, or if 4 didn't have the merchant and all upgrades happened magically between chapters, or if 4 had the same terrible green graphics as 5, or if in 4 we played with the hulk like in 5, or... well, the list goes on.
It wouldn't have happened if they'd just sold it through Steam.
I tried to play mine last year, and found out that it was dead... It was like saying farewell to a dear friend.
Is it just me who doesn't like Limbo? I always thought that Braid was a way better platformer/puzzle/indie game.
Some of those games are kind of good, but nowhere near PHENOMENAL. Even if you like those games, their review scores, fame and sales are more than enough to show that they really have been lackluster.
I opened the link thinking "oh, great, another guy creating qualities on a game that doesn't have any". I was surprised to see that he wrote exactly what I think about the game. Great read. He just forgot to mention that the opening of the game is actually a trailer, not an opening. It's a great trailer, but a terrible opening.
In fact, I think it was the only multiplatform game that sold the most on GC.
Until this day I try to figure out how SE managed to take all the good things about FFX, twist them and make a terrible game.
FFX was linear, but there were plenty of places and cities where you could rest from battles a little. FFXIII was like a gigantic dungeon, you finished one of them, watched a cutscene and another dungeon started right after that. It was battles, after battles, after battles. The only place without battles, that circus thing place, didn't have anyth...
Um Jammer Lammy is one of the best rhythm games I ever played. It's even better than the Parappa ones (and as a bonus, you can play as Parappa in her game after you've beaten it).
