I did play Ocarina on N64. I said "I tried to play practically all the other Zelda games" and highlighted only the newest ones, but I tried Zelda on NES, A Link To The Past on SNES, Ocarina and Majora's Mask on N64, Minish Cap on GBA, Phantom Hourglass on DS, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword on Wii. The only "major" Zelda games I didn't try to play were Wind Waker and Zelda II. And of all of those, the only one I bothered to finish was Twilight Princess.
...
For me Zelda is overrated since A Link To The Past. The only Zelda I ever cared to finish is Twilight Princess, and that's probably because it was my first "serious" game that used the Wii Remote. I tried to play practically all the other Zelda games (including the 3DS remake of Ocarina of Time and Skyward Sword) thinking "maybe this is the one that will get me to the series", but never played them more than a few hours.
It is, through Virtual Console on both Wii and 3DS.
The author is right. Sometimes I get tired of battling, then I spend a day just talking to people and giving gifts. Then I spend a whole day just forging items and making better weapons and armor or cooking. On another day I try to win some Prince Points and collect some lumber and building material. Then on another I take my most valuable items and sell it on my shop. After all that I'm ready to go back to battles. It's such a great game.
And the author of the articl...
"Players can choose both Ultras: (...) player who opt of this option will deal less damage with the ultras."
I thought I would stop playing it after Pokémon X was released, but I'm actually spending much more time with RF4 than with Pokémon.
I don't know how many hours I took to beat it, but it's quite long. Each decision you make in the game creates a "branch" in the storyline, and to truly finish the game you have to go through all of them. The whole thing just blew my mind. It depends on how fast you can solve puzzles or if you use walkthroughs.
In fact, talking about this game made me want to play it's prequel 9 Hours, 9 People, 9 Doors. I'm looking for it right now on online shops. ...
It's one of the best games I ever played. It deserves more sales.
People complain that the 2DS screens aren't protected as the 3DS ones, but I never saw a review about Vita complaining about that, and it's supposed to be "the best portable ever - hardware-wise".
I'm sure you're trying to say something, but I'm also sure people stop reading from the moment they read the first or second time you say the word "stupid". I only got to "ignorant people".
@sorane
I'm primarily a PC gamer. But to be fair, Nintendo's exclusives are very different from what we can get on PC. There isn't a single game on PC that's like Rhythm Heaven, Wario Ware, Smash Bros, Rune Factory, or even Pokémon.
That's why Nintendo's consoles and portables are the first ones I buy. Some months (or years) later I think about Sony's consoles, depending on the exclusives that were released. I only bought a PS3 when He...
Aking if we need 60fps is like asking if we need HD. "We don't need it, but some games benefit from it". Let's take away the HD graphics and let's see how people react.
I remember when I played Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast. The game was almost always 30fps, but there was a racing minigame in 60fps. My jaw dropped, it was so much smoother than the rest of the game. Now I'm used to play on the PC, so when I try 30fps console games, it seems uglier than...
I agree to all the FF XIII criticism but "atrocious voice acting". The voices matched each character personality perfectly. The problem is that the characters personalities were terrible. The voice actress for Vanille, for example, captured her soul perfectly. It's not her fault that Vanille was the worst character in any FF.
I'm one of those who hate the excessive speed of Sonic's modern games. Sonic Adventure had a nice mix of high speed sections and platforming sections, but in the games after those, I feel like playing a racing game. I'd love to play Lost World to see how the control is in this version, but I'll have to wait for 10 more days for it to be released in the Americas.
@That-Guy
Trolls anti-Nintendo are welcome here. But try saying anything against Sony, and bye bye bubbles.
The worst thing about this game is that I'll have to wait for 11 more days for it to be released in the Americas.
If generations considered only power, PC would always be "next-next generation". Of course, PCs don't have generations because it's always evolving, but you get my point.
Title: The Last of Us developer further comments on PS4 port
What he said: We have no plans to do that.
I'm playing both this and Pokémon X. One is the best Rune Factory ever, and the other is the best Pokémon in years (since Yellow?). It's a good time to be the owner of a 3DS.
I'm itching to buy it, but I'll wait for the GTX 880 next year, because I also plan to buy a 4K monitor next year, and the 880 will of course be more powerful to handle it.
