Did you even read the article? It's about what's the console with better games right now, not when they were released.

It's a great game, but really short. It works great with 3D Vision.

It can't fix it. Now Square created the same problem that Sonic has: if the future games keep the direction of the latest newer games, old fans will complain. If they go back to the way they were before, the new fans will complain.

I forgot that Atlus was bought by SEGA.

"Resident evil 4 is a last gen game"
So? They're talking about what game started the zombie craze, so it can be a game in any generation (or even a movie, as Rzep said).

All I know is CoD didn't start anything. It only jumped on the zombie bandwagon that already existed.

"we dont see Uncharted Clones just yet"
That's because any Uncharted clone is actually a Tomb Raider clone, since Uncharted is a Tomb Raider with a less hot protagonist.

So that's why the comics didn't really explain anything...

I really, really, really hate when I'm playing and suddenly a trophy message pops on the screen. Heavy Rain was perfect in this regards, as these messages only appeared during loadings. It's too bad that apparently nobody followed suit.

As long as it's not 30% of failure rate due to overheating.

Aren't all of them available on PC already? Are there any improvements to the games? If there aren't, then it would be cheaper to buy the games separately, since they are old and cheap. PC is not like consoles where we need the "good will" of companies to re-release games from past generations.

Anyway, after playing the terrible Fable 3, I wouldn't care if everything related to the series stayed exclusive to consoles.

@zeal0us
So stealing $5 from him is fine, right?

Even so, let's say that you "steal" $5 from Nintendo. A couple of friends of yours do the same. And so on. In the end, Nintendo (or any other game company) may have lost millions. "Oh, but these are old games that Nintendo doesn't even sell anymore". It does, through Virtual Console. Other companies do compilations and whatnot (Sonic Mega Collection, Mega Man X Collection...). Basically the m...

You mean "free" game. I paid 50$ for my PS+ subscription and if I don't renew it, I lose the game. That's why I always say "free" when talking about PS+ "free" games.

Even if it was really free, you're saying I couldn't complain about its problems? If they decided to "give" us Naughty Bear I would have to pretend that it's a great game?

I think it's because 80's and 90's kids who grew up with games now have the money to buy their own games instead of asking their parents to buy them. I always loved games, but I never had the money to buy them and my father only let me have one console and he bought me one game each two or three months. I couldn't even get a PSOne or a N64. This generation I could buy a Wii, a PS3, a DS and a PSP, while playing a lot on the PC.

So it's OK to steal a car from a rich guy just because he makes more money in a month than I'll ever make in my life?

I'm used to watch 3D movies. I watched Avatar, Toy Story 3, The Hobbit, just to name a few. But even though it adds a little (enough for me to prefer watching them in 3D instead of 2D), it's nothing compared to 3D gaming. 3D movies depth is low because they don't want to make people not used to 3D complain about headaches and whatnot. But it comes with the cost of not being as awesome as it can be, especially for people who are used to 3D.

In movie theaters the ef...

3D movies are terrible. They have so shallow depth that I understand why people say that it adds nothing. 3D games are an entirely different story, since you can control its depth. I don't know if console 3D lets you control the convergence too, but it makes a huge difference on 3D on PC.

Does anybody here knows Dragon's Dogma resolution and framerate? I got it for "free" on PS+, but the resolution and framerate are so bad that I don't think I'll keep playing it. Either it's less than 720p and less than 30fps, or I'm just used to play action RPGs on PC and it feels worse to me than it really is.

I can't edit it anymore. I don't know for how long we can edit it or not from the moment we post it, but the option isn't there anymore. I'm sorry, I'll pay more attention from now on.

I agree with most part of the list. But I don't think FFX-2 Yuna ruined her. Of course, FFX Yuna was deeper and her pilgrimage being [SPOILERS] certain death while trying to keep smiling [/SPOILERS] had a greater emotional impact, but she was a little too "white mage" in her actions and reactions. FFX-2 Yuna was more human. I loved her getting jealous and shouting "who's this Lenne?". FFX Yuna would have whispered "oh, so there's already another person you...

Do people even read the articles? Everyone here is saying stuff like "This is a dumb question", "Why do articles like this exist?" and whatnot, like the article says "we don't need new consoles", but actually it is all about showing that we do need new consoles. And those same people show reasons that are the same ones the article defends!

As the article says, the average consumer, after seeing graphics like the ones from The Last of Us (or B...
