My dear, did you just try to prove the existence of God through the use of your cleavage?

Shhh... the name's a secret. A select few in the community came up with it two years ago, after the original Uncharted. They even got clever and changed the logo and sported them on avatars. My computer crashed, unfortunately, and I lost all of mine, but I'll try to find one for 'ya guys.

All hail Naughty Gods!

It seems the only one who's in doubt as to the artistic merit of video games is Ebert himself. Games are no longer about having fun. It's about the experience. Games like Heavy Rain, Alan Wake, Uncharted 2, Okami, Shadow of the Colossus, Ico, and Flower prove this point to a T. Even older games like Silent Hill 2, Final Fantasy VII/VIII/IX, or Grandia were always more about the experience. Gaming has most certainly become art. In fact, it has been ever since its inception. Gaming has ...

Kirby's Epic Yarn would be my pick. ; )

That's easy. Grandia II!

Want to know how I know this guy is lying through his teeth? Porn. Everyone will want their porn in 3D. Sony couldn't possibly fail with the porn industry at their backs.

Want to know what sells 3D? Porn. That's what. I have no doubt in my mind that 3DTV's will fly off the shelves once the porn industry gets their hands in it.

Not necessarily. Bayonetta is artsy and way over the top. ; )

So this is why we won't be seeing Tales of Graces for the Wii. Hopefully Nintendo picks it up and brings it stateside for us.

In my opinion, I think Nintendo won based on creativity alone, but as you said Sony had a slew of amazing content. I just wish they showed more live demonstrations and less montages. That really blew it. As for the Microsoft conference, the Halo Reach vid was interesting, but that's about it. It wasn't terribly exciting or anything. Fable III was just a trailer. Gears of War III, was, well, Gears. Not that that's a bad thing, but nothing really changed. What really highlighted the...

I'm sure they did. Did you not see inFamous 2? :p

EDIT: Golden Sun: Dark Dawn will deal with the descendants of prior installments. So some of them may look similar.

inFamous 2 is a little more than just an action game. You also have to remember multiplats are more likely to win these awards as you not only have the PS3 staff voting, but the 360, Wii, and PC's staff as well. I typically think a Best of Show should go to a game, as this is a "gaming" focused conference. Hardware should be reviewed separately. ; )

Also, I'd prefer it if the PS3 section were to award their own E3 awards, the 360 their's, and so on, so ...

I agree with most of their picks. I still think MotorStorm Apocalypse is vastly underrated. I don't know about the critics, but these gameplay videos blow my mind. But I take solace that if MotorStorm should lose to anything, it should be inFamous 2. I love their pick for Wii. I really do believe Kirby offers something new to game design. The art alone is certainly one to marvel at. Bulletstorm deserves best shooter and best writing. lol "You scared the dick off me!"

"Eventually – after some improved parkour and gliding – Cole caught up to Bertrand, the two had a conversation, and a helicopter popped on to the scene by knocking Cole off of the villains car and onto the pavement. This started a sequence where Cole – controlled by the player – ran from the chopper. Machine gun fire rained down, and when a rocket hit too close, Cole was knocked down. This proximity knockdown happened earlier in the demo when a RPG hit next to our hero, and the animation...

Words can't describe the graphic fidelity inFamous 2 show here. If they can keep this up, I have no doubt in my mind Sucker Punch will be able to rival Naughty Dog's Uncharted 2. For a sandbox game, this is GODLY!

Don't bother, they b!tched about MotorStorm's 3D effect yesterday. The game plays just fine with or without 3D. It has the same level of dynamic gameplay that Uncharted 2 offers (collapsing buildings, flaming trucks barreling on set, helicopters, earthquakes, and frantic pedestrians), yet they were willing to overlook this in favor of overrating games like Halo: Reach, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (which I'm looking forward to), and a bunch of others, while underrating a slew of ga...

3D introduces depth, which is extremely crucial to games I might add. Making those jumps from cliff edge to cliff edge in Uncharted will be a helluva a lot easier. Depth offers the opportunity to expand scale. 3D can never be a gimmick. It's what game designers have used to manipulate objects within their engines for over ten years now. 3D won't go away, because it brings more to the field than a 1080p transfer does to the high definition experience (not to dismiss 1080p or anything, ...

Those Panasonic Viera's are hot! Too bad they're like anywhere from $3,500 to $5,000. A little out of my price range. I'll probably settle with the Samsung 55" 3D Blu-Ray Starter Kit. Either that or Sony's Bravia, which comes with a Blu-Ray player and 5.1 Surround Sound System. Both are going for close to $2,800, which isn't bad considering.

because games are the only thing you can play on a PS3, right? /s

Seriously, 3D HDTV's are at the same pricing as HDTV's were a little over a year ago. Samsung offers a nice $2,800 55" 3D HDTV. That's not bad considering that 55" without 3D was selling for the same price not but 12 months ago.

I can't wait to watch my Pixar films in 3D, especially after seeing Toy Story 3. gtfo with that blashemy. lol

Difficult? I don't think it's possible to find a good Kinect game. Maybe Dance Central for the lulz, but even that doesn't warrant the $150 Kinect will cost me. Maybe in a couple years once they bring the price down and get some awesome games for it.

Note, I'll be picking up Child of Eden for PS3, though. That game looks f#cking epic.
