Now, I don't get why people say that. Wasn't it the same here in the West? Companies bleeding money, mergers, etc. I'm quite sure we also saw that here.
Anyways, leaving that aside, I'm also quite sure Sony doesn't allows games without an English Dub to come out on their H4RC0R3 American-wannabe (At least here on the states...) console, wich is why, if I remember well, Record of Agarest War was only Available for Download Only on the PS3.
...
Japanese games usually cost around that, don't they?
Either way, goddammit, Namco Bandai. This is why I hate you with all my heart. Localize the goddamn games, god. They sell GREAT taking in account they're JRPGs on the States.
Is that something so, SO hard to ask?!
I WANT TO ENJOY THINGS. THAT'S ALL.
On a side-note, I like ridiculous, cutesy or simply light-hearted stuff over BAD MELODRAMA EVERYWHERE. But that's just me.
Oh, and no, I don't like games that try to be MATURE and LOLDEEP. If things are bloody and somewhat morally wrong/retarded, I don't care. As long as it's enjoyable, I'm fine with it.
@Dan50
...
I don't like movies trying to be games, thank you very much.
@Mr Tretton
That's what I do, bro.
It just makes fanboys look hypocrite as hell.
And no, I am not a fanboy. Hell, I like my PS3 more than my 360, but hey, Flash news: Defending a console is retarded. More at 11, when we show this amazing documentary called: HOW TO NOT BE AN IDIOT ON THE INTERNET.
And oh god, I totally hate not being able to say BAD WORDS because it seems than LOL I REPORT U CUZ U DUN AGREE WID ME ND I LIEK CAN USE THIS THING AGAINST YOUR COMMENT.
I don't care about Gran Turismo, anyways.
And oh boy, I feel like this big fanboy circlejerking is...meh.
I mean, I ain't no fanboy, but Gears of War 3 gets delayed and you all go like "LOL HUADJSBKDLABKJABJ", but when Gran Turismo gets delayed you say "Oh, no big deal."?
...C'mon.
They said the game was about 20 hours long. Different endings, as well (or so they said.)
As long as it provides some cool platforming and challenge, I'm okay with it.
A platformer, it seems.
I'm okay with that. Although I'd wish it to be more like a hack n' slash or something.
Constructive Criticism and different ideas from the fanbase ARE good indeed, but as a developer, you should just take them in account and see how to include them on the final game.
But also, just saying "fuk u fanz lol" won't help. At all. It'll just make someone wish to grab a gun and shoot you in the head for being an asshole.
In other words, just find a way on how to balance both. How to implement your fans wishes on your own idea (or we...
I'm quite sure Advertisement sells more games than what fans buy.
It's a common practice these days for people to yell "REENTALLLL HURRR" or "NO MULTIPLAYA NO BUY LOL", EA's just listening to the majority to make their game satisfy them and thus, sell.
For a better refference, look at almost every Vanquish article on here comments.
Better yet, go talk about Vanquish (Among other games that do NOT have Multiplayer [and are not exclusives to dismiss fanboys]) and see what happens.
If you think so, for the love of god, please go play Penumbra or Amnesia.
Either way, liked the first one, will buy this one for the Single Player, and will try the Multiplayer a little.
@Shackdaddy836
Why, yes, that is common. Mainly because you see yourself more immersed on a game rather than a movie since you have to control your character's actions, among other stuff. Well, that's the logical explanation anyways.
Either EA is dumb or this guy's pure bullshit. I'm calling on the later.
Although I can see this game being awful, indeed.
What's hilarious is how these retards yell NO MULTIPLAYER HURR ITS A GOOD GAEM BUT GOD HARD 2 HARD 4 ME ND I WONT B ABLE 2 BEAT IT SO RENTAL LOL
God. People, I've replayed THE GODDAMN DEMO trying to get the best scores and time possible.
It might not be some people's thing (Replaying something for difficulty or hunting down scores) but I, myself, love the concept and how it works out.
Also, I've never been a multiplayer guy f...
Duh. Although holding it gets you more prescicion and you can deal more damage with simple headshots (Wich, I found out, are extremedly useful to kill enemies fast)
Think about it like if the "Aim" button was more of a Zoom.
I can find a better sound system for half of that, I bet.
I remember the first Arc in the Lad being like an introduction for the second- wich meant that if the second one wasn't up, I wouldn't buy it just for the sake of replaying them.
Alright, readed the review.
An one-page rant about how "dis gaem sux lol" with no explanation whatsoever about the core mechanics aside from "mash buttonz lol".
They could very much just write "dis gaem bad we dun liek it", put the same score, and at the end it would still be the same review.
See? This is why I didn't wanted to read the review. I feel like I wasted two minutes reading it.
Al...
Mainly because of their quirkiness. Sure, that might turn alot of people off, but still, it's just something unique.
I mean, how many games have you seen that involve you playing the role of a LITTLE GIRL going around CRAFTING STUFF?
It could turn people off, yes, but god fucking dammit if it ain't fun as hell.
Same thing when you see a guy ROCKET SLIDING EVERYWHERE ON HIS KNEES WHILE KILLING GIANT ROBOTS.
It's ju...
But I like weird ridiculous stories. I don't want melodrama everywhere in a game where you're supposed to be awesome as fuck.
@DeathGazer
Perhaps it'll sell more. Perhaps it won't. Oh well, I'll just buy my copy.
@Aleusia
Wait, what? First off, I doubt a comment section that limits your right to reply and discussion is "good", where certain people can circlejerk and abuse a system only to shut so...
