Since when Mods are available outside PCs?
What, first off, how the hell would you mod a console game?
Modding normally consists of replacing or adding archives to the game folders, on it's most easy and pure form.
'Sides, it takes extra memory and processing power to run said mods- something consoles simply don't have.
It is quite silly to expect mods for consoles. Really.

Everyone has different tastes. I'd say that, if you enjoyed the first one, you probably would enjoy this one (depending on how it turns out, of course...).
Either way, I somewhat agree with you. Multiplat games give the chance for alot of more people to enjoy said games on the console of their choice.

I mean, sure, they're cool to look at, but seriously? All God of War 3 has going for it are graphics? Gameplay was pretty...meh. Couldn't do awesome combos. Felt like a Temco-Koei game with Chains aside from other 4 (was it?) weapons.

Killzone 2 is nothing but a silly brown n' bloom FPS that gets hyped because it's a PS3 exclusive. Really.
The mechanics are horrible, the control lag with the network lag is unbearable, yeah, the typical stuff.
