No it isn't. The light on the controller is on. The console itself is just a weird angle and hard to see the light.

Yeah, if it weren't for Blizzard I'd have nothing to do with Activision. As previously mentioned, I prefer Battlefield to Call of Duty, Infamous to Prototype, and while I actually like music rhythm games, I'm not too bummed by the loss of Guitar Hero.

I'm not saying there aren't improvements. I'm just saying that it's even more silly to base the graphic improvements on consoles on screen shots that are from the PC. PC screen shots are not indicative of the quality of the graphics on a console. Until there are console screen shots released there is no point in making these kinds of statements.
11/11/11 is the release date. Granted, that's not set in stone as it's a long way off and there is plenty of time for something to go wrong causing a delay.
I find it kind of funny how sites like this are showing comparisons for the screen shots and going on and on about how great the performance boost is on the consoles. These are PC screen shots, not console screen shots. I'm sure everything will still look great on the consoles, but anyone expecting such a high level of detail on a console is going to be a bit disappointed when they're actually playing the game.

Actually all but the concept art are old. So those "new screenshots" aren't actually screenshots at all. And seeing how Bethesda does all of their development on the PC, chances are all of those screenshots are from the PC version. Granted, I hope the console version looks that good for the sake of all of you console only owners, but I'm still sure those are PC shots.

If you want to compare a gaming console which is designed specifically for gaming to EVERY PC currently in use, then yeah, 90% is about the correct number. Actually, the only confirmation we have of a location is from Rockstar. On the back page of the manual for Stories From Liberty City on the 360 there is a small teaser saying "See you next time" or something, with an image underneath. Supposed to look like someone put a poster on top of an image and it is torn to reveal part of the image beneath. The image was discovered to be from a billboard from Vice City.

I saw it on DirecTV one night. I caught it towards the end and watched about 10-15 minutes and then had to turn it off. I was kind of sad 'cause I really like Emmanuelle Vaugier. I don't know how Uwe Boll gets hot chicks to do his movies, but man he knows how to tarnish somebody's career.
