It must have been a temporary issue on their end. My comment was posted 7 hours ago from now, so I guess it was only a short-term thing. But the site literally was in 1995-mode or something, like someone designed the site with Geocities or something, lol.

"Some people like NarooN are ignorant"

LOLWAT? You don't know shit about me. You misinterpret my comment due to your own ineptitude, and you then you talk down on ME? Lol, okay.

As for Dodgeball, you opened your comment talking about "games evolving" and talking about the graphics from the current-gen consoles to present-day PC. I fail to see how my comment was irrelevant. Visuals haven't been advancing at a quick rate for quite s...

Is the website broken? It looks like absolute shit lol, like someone was in a coma ever since '95 and just decided to make a new site from a textpad document.

I used to play GunZ back in 2005-2007 periodically. Was fun but the game mechanics were a little wacky/unresponsive at times. I remember how my desktop was so bad, that sometimes the game would crash because I had so little RAM, lolol.

I love how PC elitists only ever talk about graphics. I've been PC gaming for many years, and graphics is only a small part of the experience. I remember how in the 90's, a GPU that would run games with playable framerates which supported hardware acceleration would cost you a lot. It's not like today where you can buy a sub-$150 GPU and play just about every game at 1080p with great framerates.

It was routine to turn down graphics settings and disable things, bu...

I saw the gameplay...think you guys might be blowing it out of proportion. It's easy to smooth out jaggies and such when you apply blur filters over it all.

And GTA V looks nice, definitely better than GTA IV, but it's similar to Max Payne 3 (which looked awesome) since it's basically the same engine. If you think it's PC, look closer at the textures. They're not amazingly detailed and many are pretty low-res. This won't really matter at all for anyon...

@MestreRoth

There was a picture posted not long ago from a game store that had PC cases for GTA V. It's more than obvious that a PC version will come in time, just like how the PC port of GTA IV came well after the console version released.

PC gamers will buy the shit out of GTA V.

Anyone who honestly thinks there will be any 3D games in 4K on X1 are insane. The GPU simply isn't strong enough, and if the PS4, a console with a GPU that's roughly 50% stronger can't do it, obviously the X1 can't.

Besides, 4K is really gimmicky anyway. No one at this point needs a resolution like that for gaming. The sheer amount of money you'd have to spend to even get GPU's to run a game at that res is crazy enough. Then the adoption rate of 4K TV...

Back when Volition were awesome, the first Red Faction let you blow up a great deal of the maps with the Geo-Mod tech...and that was way back in 2001. I still remember the hidden area in one of the caverns about 60% through the game, where if you could find it, you'd get this insta-full health and enviro-suit, and a shitload of weapons including the Fusion rocket launcher.

*sigh* Miss that game.

I love how you see that one comment, and declare that all Americans are afraid of Russians, lol.

That's not what I was talking about. I was talking about Square-Enix and any of the devs who get published by them, just like how they also claimed Hitman: Absolution was a failure even though it also sold really well.

Nowhere in my comment did I specifically mention Tomb Raider.

4603d ago 0 agree1 disagreeView comment

What the hell is wrong with Square these days, seriously? The game sells tons, yet they declare it a failure? The dumbass higher-ups making these idiotic decisions are the ones who should be getting laid off, not these poor developers.

I literally just got through reading the recent N4G blog post which said that spam is "way down."

Then the first news article I click, the second comment is a spam comment.

Smh lol.

Duke 3D is much better than Duke Forever. In fact most of the Duke games are... Except some of those pretty crappy ones from the PS1/N64 days, lol.

The framerate would be catastrophically annihilated with ~100 players at once, lol. All those people doing backflip stunt jumps in their Infernuses and a bunch of people shooting rockets everywhere for no reason, lol. Just imagine the firefights!

Shit would be fun as hell though, not gonna lie.

I've had DualShock 3's that were running for over 4 years and still would last just as long off a full charge as they did when they were new.

Can't believe people will defend the most ridiculous of things.

It's mainly because 95% of the footage that they keep releasing is only on one map, and usually always after the skyscraper inevitably gets leveled, which covers everything in grey dust.

But yeah, I hope the final game actually has real color, and not just some lame "let's make everything look blue" filter thrown over the game for some reason.

I recall a section where you play as Yuna for a bit, but I don't remember it being in the desert. I might be wrong... Last time I played it was last summer with my cousin.
