You have no idea what a street story is, how long they will take to complete and how many other side quests there will be. Your comment is trash.
Well that looks brilliant. I haven't played anything like it for some time but it looks too good to ignore, lots of nostalgic vibes but it looks to have its own identity too.
I think it'd be cool to have the SP set in the 80s and set the MP in the modern day. It'd be a lot of work to reskin the map and make two sets of vehicles etc but it would be cool if they did, not like they couldn't afford to fund it.
The problem is that if they're going to set a new game in a different decade there's going to be big question marks over how lucrative the MP will be, will kids playing it be happy if they can't buy modern cars and the...
I like how it's a bit cheesy, it wouldn't feel like Final Fantasy if it wasn't. Heartfelt cheese is the name of the game. Apart from that it looks superb.
Never knew I wanted a demake of any game until I saw that. Very impressive, to nitpick a little the first time I saw a character putting their hand out to a wall was Uncharted 3 maybe, PS1 characters had zero concept of their surroundings.
Never been a fan of the kind of game design where you need a guide to be able to do it, some might say it's quirky but I think it's dumb.
That's why The Witness is so good, the puzzles are often confusing and very difficult but there's always a logical solution if you think about it enough.
I can't remember the name but I wouldn't be surprised if the demo track from Burnout 2 was my most played level ever, me and my mates had it down to a fine art.
I think I remember the Silver Lake track did you get a postcard when you got a takedown in that game?
Good month for me, been contemplating the Bioshock collection for a while, the first game is so good that even my wife likes it. I'd also like a look at The Sims 4, I heard it wasn't great and I'm not sure about games like that with a controller but I played quite a bit of Sims 3 on PC.
Same here, wish more games did the same. I suppose the benefit is that it helps keep your backlog to a minimum because you need to finish and delete something before you get something new.
There are plenty of wacky indies out there, the real trick is to make a AAA, such as Death Stranding, which is an original game. I like indies but I'd like it even more if the big boys were willing to take more risks and pour their vast resources into making something both new and commercially viable rather than playing it safe all the time.
Yeah and naturally it's terrible entertainment.
If spamfests are typical in these fights then it's all excruciating to watch. Hit each other.
I heard that Atomic Heart was having some difficulties in development but I hope they get it sorted because it looks great.
I think the opposite about Fast and Furious, everyone thinks it's going to be a total car crash so to speak, but I have a feeling it'll surprise a few people by being a fun game in a cheap and cheerful way. Bit like the first films, the critics didn't like them but they were entertaining.
I was as bad as you two at archery but against all odds I really enjoyed it, must have been the satisfaction when you nail a good shot. It was funny when you got to the rabbit's body and there were forty arrows stuck in the ground all around it.
I liked the game but in the end I got a bit frustrated with it and I didn't finish it. Some things were great like archery, the game world (particularly the forests) and a lot of the quests were cool, I liked the writing and the main character.
However I didn't love the combat especially when it was 2v1 and sprinting after defeated enemies who should have been barely able to move but who somehow combined the running speed of Usain Bolt with the stamina of a drugged...
I'm talking from a consumer viewpoint not worrying about what would make them the most money.
Don't forget this is a full blown open world RPG, of course it's not going to be as slick looking as an unambitious corridor shooter. Not that it doesn't look fantastic.
I always thought with a game this big and ambitious they'd be best off making it for next gen consoles so there's no need to compromise. I think I'll wait for the PS5 to get it, strikes me as a good choice to kick off a new gen with.
I hope it's Aeris in the UK version, it's how I know her and Aerith is just Aeris with a lisp.
