Of course it is, in fact it's four buttons. You could have just gone along with the joke instead of showing yourself to be both humourless and wrong.
When a game says press any button to start but the d-pad doesn't do anything.
And spammers remind me of tw@s
There maybe is a bit of a Twin Peaks vibe to FF7 at times, some of the surreal humour reminds me of it.
In general it makes games more fun but there are a few that I'd have fairly quickly got pissed off with if I was getting lost all the time and having to constantly scrutinise my surroundings.
I don't think you can just do away with them altogether but it's much more satisfying to explore a well designed world like those in From games than it is to blindly follow a marker while ignoring the environment to some extent. I bet Elden Ring won't have waypoints bu...
I dunno about that, it was out in 2005 on the PS2 I'd say a remake is due. Credit to it for holding up well but that doesn't mean that a top quality remake wouldn't be something really special that would blow our tiny minds.
It doesn't need a remaster but a full blown remake would be awesome imo. Great platform to build on.
I'll come round but I'm staying six feet away.
If you think a game is a 10/10 for many substantial reasons then I don't think a few dodgy textures is going to drop it to a 9. Not a big deal really is it.
There's a reason that great games take years to make. So no.
I don't think the person who wrote this article would even contemplate playing any From games.
My two favourite things in the world.
I'm going to allow myself to get hyped for this one.
Compare Cyberpunk gameplay to Fallout 4 and TW3 and it's on another level entirely. I think because it looks so slick people assume it's not going to be a proper RPG but it's CDPR, of course it will be.
It's going to be the first game in the genre to nail both exciting gameplay and being a hardcore RPG.
I know it's all about the gameplay...but I'd love a game like this with halfway decent graphics. Horizon Chase Turbo is a fun game so it's not the be all and end all.
I thought the "it's no worse than the flu" brigade would have realised their mistake and shut up by now but apparently not. They're the ones who are putting everybody else at risk by not taking it seriously.
It's going to have a horrible effect on the economy and nobody wants that but unfortunately that's the reality of the situation.
Sounds like fun. 12 disciples as mini bosses, I reckon the 3 wise men together as a main boss attacking you with gold, frankincense and myrrh. Final boss Jesus who stuns you with a wine cannon fired from his hand and whacks you with a huge cross.
Secret bosses a 20 foot tall Easter Bunny and a fight with Santa on his sleigh, sex scene with Mrs Clause afterwards.
Don't agree with any of your criticisms, maybe before I got the hang of it but once I did it was consistent and predictable, the only unpredictable thing was how well you can hit the shot as it should be.
One thing which majorly affects your shot which it took me a while to figure out is the lie of the ball, I used to curse the randomness of where the ball went until I realised the importance of taking the angle of the lie into account.
@smashman
The article says "Capcom has stated an explicit desire to release one major Resident Evil game a year", I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they'd done their research but if they haven't and are stating it as fact that's embarrassing for them.
No idea who or what dusk is tbh.
The specific point isn't that they don't want more but that Capcom are mandating that one is released every year which is too much imo.
I'm sure it will do it looks too good to go under the radar.
