Game's got style.
I never played this even though on paper it's exactly my sort of game. I think it was because it got criticism for iffy controls and that's not good in this genre.
If this version does come to PS I'll get it, looks like a lot of bang for your buck and I assume any issues are ironed out by now.
There aren't many day ones for me but this is one of them. I loved the first game.
If you have to pay a little bit of attention when you spend money on something then that's not a bad notion.
It's an open world Souls game. That's a big deal because it totally changes the setup and you can be sure that there will be no filler which sets it apart from 90% of open world games.
Oxenfree looks good, never really took note of it before. Games like that can be a bit hit and miss, I've been playing Kentucky Route Zero and I'm not sure I'll see it through. It depends on how much the characters and themes chime with your interests I guess.
There's built off and then there's copying assets and tweaking them, which is what this appears to be. Original ideas are hard to come by in art but there is a line to be drawn, where on one side you've got inspired by and on the other you've got uninspired copy of.
Just from that one screenshot it's apparent that it's ripping off Stardew Valley (I did watch a trailer afterwards which very much confirmed it). Personally I find it hard to get excited about games that copy others so closely because while they might be sound mechanically there's no soul.
Meh. I'll take a look at a review eventually but it didn't look very interesting.
I enjoyed The Sinking City and did every mission in the game but graphically it's miles off this. If they make another open world horror with this level of detail and polish it could be a classic.
I thought this game was going to be one of the best of all time, that didn't happen. Plan B is to wait for as long as possible for them to polish it, then release a true next gen version and polish that over time, then I'll jump in and hopefully it'll be close to what I originally envisaged.

I'm glad they pulled through after having a difficult time in development, so I heard anyway. Looks like a new Bioshock to me, in the sense that it's got a very unique identity.
I liked Bloodstained. Personal hopes for the sequel are that they move away from simply copying Castlevania and create something fresh feeling, and I wasn't a big fan of the art style. It was a bit neat and clean and lacked personality I thought. Don't get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.
Looks like total crap. Can't the target market just jack off to hentai then play something good? I don't really get it.
People play God of War to play as Kratos but I'm sure if he was more involved they'd do it well and not overdo it.
Had a check, seems it's still going ahead fine, the team's big enough for multiple projects apparently.
Agreed, if they take the unique elements of the series and create a brand new game it could be great. If it's just Timesplitters with a superficial modern lick of paint it'll feel too old fashioned imo.
Aye you don't want to miss those 1/10 games.
Shame it's not the Dark Souls meets Vanquish mix that it looked like from the first trailer years ago. That could have been cool.
