I've always been big on disc games and I fully intended to get the disc version of the PS5. However the more time passes the more I question that decision. I haven't changed the disc in my PS4 for so long that I've got no idea what's in there, everything I play is digital and has been for some time.
I think I'm ready to abandon physical games. I don't enjoy saying it but it's true.
Neat idea to have the playable character as the tool which solves the puzzles. Looks like it might be hard but that's not a bad thing.
I'm guessing it's because in a comment about a product only usable on PS he managed to squeeze in two references to Xbox.
Did you watch the trailer? I thought it sounded interesting but after watching it it's clearly a budget Uncharted copy.
Bold move making an Uncharted clone without the budget.
I meant Netflix films in general, there are some good ones but most are average at best in my experience. Castlevania is good but I didn't like The Witcher, although it is successful.
Not sure if there are any live action video game film adaptations on Netflix as yet but they don't have a great track record.
Love Bioshock but I'll prepare myself for the likelihood this will be both crap and a pale imitation of the source material. That covers most video game adaptations and Netflix films.
Great read, really hit the nail on the head describing Miyazaki's style and why it appeals so much. Lots of ideas in there I hadn't thought of or couldn't have articulated.
Chicory and Grime are on my list, although the latter isn't on PS yet and may not be. For now though Hades is all consuming.
3 is the best for me, closely followed by the reboot. The reboot lost some of the spectacular scenes in favour of deeper gameplay, 3 was jaw dropping at times. I'm hoping the next game will have the best of both.
Gut feeling is that the gameplay will be good, the boss fight footage suggests to me that they've got a fairly solid setup. If they can pull off something as unique as this with good gameplay it'll be a classic potentially.
Looks awesome, it has from the first trailer ages ago. I hope it lives up to appearances, I thought they'd been having difficulties but it doesn't look like it.
I think Bioshock comes from the plasmid type magic attacks the character has, maybe a bit of the horror elements too.
Can't stay mad at him can you.
I don't know if there's something wrong with my eyes but every time I read that as a fancy version of Rise of Shitter.
That's true. Also, live action scenes and video games mix like oil and water.
Same here and even then I'll give them a year or so to polish it.
If you're into Greek mythology and like anything that's tied into that it's the game for you. It's a lot of fun to meet all the different characters and experience a more grounded take on it. There's a lot of love poured into that aspect of the game.
That aside the game is fun to play, not too difficult or and you won't find yourself getting bored or frustrated like others in the same genre.
There's no Cosmic Red it's Nova Pink. Galactic Purple is somewhere in between blue and purple so I see what you mean there.
There's a good chance that the satire in GTA6 will be stale. Fortunately for them the online audience won't care about that for the most part and it'll be pretty much irrelevant to the big picture.
