I realise that doesn't make it sound very good but the first game is a classic and it set a high bar.
It's like a LotR themed Mass Effect but the gameplay isn't as fun. The first game (2009) is the best in the series and it's been in decline since then.
I don't have high hopes for this game.
I liked the gameplay a lot, but I found the environments bland, level design basic and I didn't like the loot system. If you're comparing Nioh to Souls it suffers because those are three things From absolutely nails.
Yeah it doesn't look great, like every individual drop has a mini spotlight on it.
So basically:
The good:
- The PS5 saw its best ever sales quarter
would be a more accurate and unbiased way of putting it. Not a bad quarter? Ha.
That's good news. I love Uncharted but it ended perfectly, why ruin that.
A new IP with the level of quality they bring will be something to get really excited about. Agree with others that sci-fi would be cool.
If it sells well then I don't see why not and I suspect it will. Mixed bag of reviews but not a bad average score by any means and it's got broad appeal.
Seems like a decent platform to build on.
I get what you're saying, the five points mentioned aren't compelling. I think it looks great but a list of bullet points isn't going to convince anyone who doesn't fancy it.
I don't play any horror games at night but if I had to then Dead Space with headphones on would be way down the list. It's a pretty scary game to be fair.
Been a hell of a bad day for the Microsoft PR machine. Shame for those being laid off.
I think it'd be a good idea if it was publicly visible who had agreed/disagreed with a comment. If anything it would be helpful regarding toxicity and agendas.
Sounds like they've been bought by Microsoft without anyone noticing.
Sounds great. It reminds me of Bioshock, not because it's a copy but because it's something new in its genre with a real sense of style.
That looks amazing.
Big game big storage I suppose.
@Orchard
A PC will play everything from Sony? Nope.
I can see GTA coming to PSVR sooner or later. It's a market in its infancy but maybe Rockstar can see the potential of the medium where others can't.
