Love the new look to the site, and glad to be back on N4G.

I get why some people would defend this guy over the GF deleting his shit, but punching the monitor? Then kicking it? Hahaha. I wouldn't be surprised if he beat her afterwards.

Get. A. Life.

You could really tell at Sony's E3 Keynote that they obviously have something going well with EA. The PS3 is now selling, EA now knows how to develop great games on it, and everyone knows EA in the last 3-4 years have really come out with some strong titles.

I think we might see 1-2 exclusives down the road, but for now DLC/Special Editions are better than nothing. Just another studio crossing the line to the PlayStation side of things. A strong trend that's catching...

360 hardware dieing isn't anything new though, and when Microsoft says the RROD is "fixed" and what not, any video like this is going to obviously bring out the best of MS sh*t talking.

I agree though, everything dies. I know no one will be believe me but I'm on my 3rd PS3. My launch 60GB and 1G/80GB Motorstorm PS3 both died. My 3rd one I have now has also overheated, but has been running smooth since thouhg. That's what warranties are for.

I still haven't played the first one, and recently tried downloading the demo on Steam but my PC has problems running it :(

Looks real good though.

Is a tricky beast to tackle graphics wise. You can't really compare it since there are no other *true* next gen SOCOM games, and if you do count Confrontation it's ahead of it by a mile.

The thing I look at is they're obviously using the same engine as MAG, no? And if that's the case, it looks damn good. A lot of people downgraded MAG for visuals, aside from the player count in game, and SOCOM 4 looks way better than MAG, and still months away from release. ...

Yesterday at around 10CST, the second phase. It's definitely your MW-like shooter but there are some things I like. Also, for those wondering about the freezing, it's true.

I read the method where your supposed to knife to 30/90 (youll get it once you play) before your killstreaks and that only froze once, so maybe they fixed it. But it also froze twice at the Menu in less than an hour. Fun though. I think it'll definitely appeal to most of you

I mean, it has similar tech to the PS Eye correct? So add another $50 for full body motion, etc, and it *COULD* work. If MS was smart and actually wanted this thing to sell, Patchers right, $99 would make it work.

And before everyone sodomizes the disagree button, I don't own a 360, like the Slim and might buy one, but even if I would I wouldn't even have Kinect on my radar. $100 is too much for voice commands & menu controls, which is all I would be using it for ...

I know what he said and meant, my earlier post was just to point out how it could come off confusing to people, that's all

Technically Gabe said "I'm excited that Steam will be apart of that experience", so ease up a bit

The site is working I think, at least for me. It takes you to a side page where you have to sign-in to EA, then a next where you select platform (PC/PS3) and then enter your code. Got mine just a second ago.

Again, kudos to Lionhead, Thanks for the heads up!

is the MOH/beta website not working? It's been trying to load on mine for like 10 minutes now. Keeps showing an all white screen

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to see if anyone already had problem. I'm using Chrome, I'll try switching to FF and Opera to see if it changes

EDIT AGAIN: Alright, so now the EA/MOH site loads but underneath where the code section should be it says "Page Could Not Be Found". So I'll keep trying. Maybe the site is jus...

I have a Steam account, although I don't think I've ever used it, but will Steam help bring a higher % of mods at all to PS3 games? Or just a different market to buy games/get updates from?

The reason I ask is because I LOVED the UT3 mods back in the day, it added a ton of replay ability to that game, and it's the first thing I thought of when Gabe came out and made his Portal 2 announcement.

So this helps the situation? Right?

I'm glad Sony's re-releasing PS2 games like this for those who haven't played. I played GOW1/2 back in the day, but I somehow missed out on Sly/Shadow/Ico, so this would be the perfect time to get caught up, assuming Sucker Punch decides to go back to Sly after infamous 2.

The Amazon pre order beta runs from 6/21-7/18, and it says the codes will be sent out on the 21st (emailed)

Nintendo came hard on the games front this year, and I would've gave Sony the 1st place edge if I hadn't been so disappointed w/ the Move pricing.

I was too excited at $50 but then saw I'd need the sub controller, and preferably another main controller for games that require two. I'm usually not one to complain about price but if they had a Main/Sub controller Move bundle at like $60, + PS Eye for $90-95 that would've been perfect

Sony did sh...

A trailer at most. Sony usually saves their Japanese-developed title premieres for TGS. Which is where I expect to see TLG next. I was honestly more surprised that Resistance 3 made a no show rather than TLG

With everyone about the keynote. I thought it was terrible and they had a chance to make it better and blew it.

I also got the feeling that MS not announcing a Kinect price seemed like they were maybe waiting to lower the price? I mean, the peripheral looked complete and final, but then why not? With the backlash the $120 rumors took maybe they got cold feet?

But I would almost go as far as say this was kind of pathetic. It was almost like Microsoft knew their conference was weak and wanted to give out free slims to try and make up that difference. THIS is the kind of stuff I don't like in the industry.

I'm not gonna go as far as to talk about all the review-bribing, it may happen it may not, but I thought this was hilarious.

was this "exclusive" partnership. I'm a huge Star Wars fan, and expected a bad ass game w/ my PS3 and Move. Not that I love the Move, but more or less the possibilities Lucasarts had. But now it doesn't seem I'll get that chance.

Then again I guess we don't know what the partnership all holds. Maybe its just that one game? Fingers crossed we get a little more than FU2, which should be awesome

I don't have a 360 or Wii, has had my PS3 since launch, but I'm always completely open to getting a 360. I'd play Gears, Fable and Mass Effect in a heartbeat. And I was going into todays keynote with that mindset expecting to be shown games I would want, and wow was I disappointed.

MG Rising was the best thing they showed, and I can already play that. Gears and Halo was strong, but not strong enough. And everything, EVERYTHING after that was over the top casual f...
