I was just about to say, way to have the spoiler in the title, then say spoiler at the end. Thanks
The only thing I'd add to this is use the Ghost Perk, and just constantly scope in when your rounding corners. To me it seems like a lot of the Black Ops maps are way more close quarters than MW2, so you'll be running into people when you least expect it.
COD games are usually very easy to pick up though.
Is how the M16 is at such a disadvantage against a fully automatic weapon whether it be a SMG or Assault rifle. It pretty much forces the user to stay put more and scope rather than move constantly, so I might as well be sniping. Then to get the kill just relies on being faster than your opponent. Even then you have to be accurate or your done.
I love the M16, and I want to keep using it but it's simply too slow :( I've since moved on to the FAMAS
This should've been at least a 9. I don't understand how critics last year PRAISED MW2 when that game was a carbon copy of the first game w/ broken online play and tons of glitches at launch.
I think what Treyarch did was great. Sure the gameplay is the same and what not, but they added a lot of little things to online play that will completely change the game, making it a lot more skill based than MW2.
Yet Black Ops is the one that gets penalized f...
Slant Six developing it - NO.
And if your wondering if I'm a SOCOM fanboy, who pretty much got a 1/2 completed game w/ no support from these developers, and is still to this day pissed off about it, the answer is yes also.
Playing on PS3, I've had only 2 freezes so far in about 30 hours of play time. I also read that it gets worse as the game goes on though, so knock on wood.
I think the article is a bit misleading, talking about Blu Ray, but then listing 3D Blu Ray numbers.
I'm not interested in 3D Blu Ray yet either, because I don't have a 3D TV. As soon as I do though, I'm sure I'll start purchasing them. It's still very early in the 3D life cycle
Obviously I wont since I dont own a 360. But if I did I'd still wait until they showed some actual games for it. Impressive tech, horrible lineup of games.
Hopefully by this time next year they show some more hardcore titles that peak my interest

I hope whoever the salesmen is for this guy gets commission. Sounds like the easiest sell in the world :)
1) Nolan & Goyer writing the story
2) All of the correct voice actors
3) The plot to be side stories that take place during the movie, stuff we don't see that lead up to the scenes we do. Not a rehash of what happens. Something completely new
And I'd be interested. I'm a pretty big Batman fan and I thought Arkham Asylum was fun as hell in an animated-Batman way. There's no reason why a more realistic version couldn't b...

Kinect has a long way to go before I think it'll truly catch on. A year from now when we start seeing some better software for it, I could see myself purchasing it & a 360, I just hope those games come soon because I don't know how much longer Microsoft plans on keeping the 360 going.
I got that Xzibit pic sent to me a year ago on PSN. If that saying was used before that, then so be it. Sorry I don't spend countless hours learning every "internet meme"
Guess I'm not serious enough for this business
It's no where near as "noob friendly" as MW2 or other shooters. I've had a 2:1 K/D ratio in every SOCOM I've played (Since S2), Resistance 1&2, both Modern Warfares, MAG, etc. I consider myself way above average when it comes to shooters.
However, I was pretty bad at Killzone 2. 1:1, maybe a little under, and so far in the KZ3 beta I have like 60 kills and 90 deaths.
So I wouldn't exactly say me enjoying the game more is because...
Now I remember :)
I had the same complaints as everyone as did for KZ2, I thought it was fun as hell but the control was terrible. I won't say much about the beta (because I don't think I can) but it's WAY more fun than KZ2. I don't know if its because of the jet packs or fixed controller weight but I'm having a blast, and I'm not even that good at the game.
It's even fun when you master it.
Not that I have at all, but I can pass every song in RB1/2 on Expert easily with 90% plus, but the thing is I keep playing it. I don't know why. I play all the instruments on expert except drums, played through the setlist idk how many times, downloaded 100+ songs worth of DLC, you think I'd get sick of it.
Yet every time I got some time to spare Rock Band 2 (Now 3) always finds a way into my PS3.

Your right, I should have wrote that the word flawless SHOULDN'T exist in any video game review. And as great as those games you wrote about are, they are far from flawless.
Flawless - Being entirely without flaw or imperfection
There's no game that does this...Especially not Castlevania LoS
It's gonna sell. Microsofts putting half a billion dollars into marketing, and if the Oprah video last week is any indication, you know what audience Microsoft plans on targeting.
In the end though I think it will end up just like the Wii. Lots of families buying it, a few great games for the hardcore along the way (not any time soon), and then slowly will die over time.
What I'm most interested in is what approach Microsoft will take going into the n...
I have 15 days to play Black Ops, finish New Vegas, and complete my season on NHL 11.
GT5 FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
