If Amazon sales are any indication, 360 won't survive in 2009. PS3 is up in the top, with LBP on the 6th rank too, Xbox 360 consoles and games are nowhere to be seen anymore.
MS needs new good exclusives FAST... You can't compete with Too Human and Banjo when the competition has MGS4, Wipeout, LBP, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, god of war 3, heavy rain, motorstorm 2 and FF13 versus.
LBP alone kills the whole 360 exclusive 2008 lineup with one hand.
That's what happens when you take 10 years to make a flop. Too Human hurt the 360 a lot because it was one of the only exclusives on 360 this year... Their failure helped Sony to win the console war faster.
I disagree, Fifa is now much better than PES even in gameplay. PES basically chose to become an arcade game and give up on simulation 2 years ago. We must stop living in the past, Fifa 09 is the real soccer game.
People who criticize Fifa gameplay don't understand anything about soccer. Soccer is about slowly building your way to the goal too, it's not a quick goal festival. So yeah, Fifa is somewhat slow and hard compared to PES, but it's the real soccer. I used to be a PES fan ...

It's a spike in Japan for the 360 due to 3 RPG. Seriously it made 24k sales -> 12k this week, it's already over lol. Stop dreaming guys, the crapbox is still dead in Japan.

@Tuttle : Office is losing steam quickly too because of free opportunities (openoffice.org...). Heck, I work in a state owned company and event them got rid off MS office to use Openoffice instead. My company is usually very conservative, so many others did that before them.
That's the last real MS cash cow, and it's slowly dying... MS clearly looks in trouble now.

nba 2k is still by far the best choice, especially if you're a real basketball fan, it's the most realistic game of basketball, a real simulation.
If you like fancy dunks and arcade, then NBA Live can feel better sometimes for you.
Bioshock, the last remnant, eternal sonata... They were 360 exclusives and are coming to PS3 now.
PS3 is the lead platform for main games now (mirror's egde, fifa 09...)
Everybody is falling for it, and yeah it's a marketing trick, but I'm in the beta and it's true it's one of the best games ever.
You'll never see that on crapbox, you'll play Banjo and Too Human instead.
