MGS 4 is not possible on the 360 without killing the quality, and Kojima doesn't want to try to do that anyway, so it won't happen. Never...
Heck, there are even anti-360 jokes in the game (between Snake and Otacon), isn't it clear enough for MS fanboys Kojima doesn't want to try this port ?
The rumor was just debunked a 100th time by the way (see elsewhere on N4G) and the article was removed.
Xbots are really desperate these days, i guess having only Too Human as exclusive in 2008 really hurts bad, especially when us PS3 users got AAA+ gems like MGS4, Wipeout and LBP in the same time, among tons of others AAA games like Siren. ;)
Like it or not, PS3 wins the war day after day, there's nothing you can do to change that.
@jason : it's already happening with LBP, but actually it's been happening for more than one year now since yearly worldwide sales still show PS3 ahead of 360, check your facts.

Even in sales worldwide PS3 crushed the 360 last year and this year to date. Your price cut spike will do nothing, your console is still worth zero when all it can play is Too Human, while we play AAAA gems like MGS 4 or LBP.

The list looks a bit weak actually... I don't even know which game among them would make me buy a 360, I see none. It looks even weaker than the 2008 exclusive lineup (including the terrible Too Human...).

Still, I can understand their feeling, it's one of the best games of all times, maybe the best one. Nothing comes closer to playing in a Hollywood movie. The end of the act 3 and the whole act 5 are the most impressive things I've ever seen and played in video games.
