Well, for audio/videophiles, this is an essential. If texture or audio quality didnt' matter, why not just remove them all together or compress them into oblivion? To keep up the quality standards people are getting used to and want, 9GB is hardly cutting it.
I do wonder about the $60 price tag on StarCraft 2 though, looks like an Activision stunt to me. I just hope they don't nickle and dime Diablo 3 to hell and back with DLC when it finally releases. I could probably look it up, buy why did blizzard ever merge with activision in the first place?
The better and faster approach would be to find out what ram your computer uses, then search for that ram specifically. Were you seriously just looking at random sticks of RAM and seeing if they were compatible?
I personally think my 360 elite is too loud, even without a disk in it it. And being my 3rd replacement, I have no need to turn it on if I don't have to. Its easy enough to stick a disk in the ps3.
inserting the word "platform" in the definition:
A person who claims that they cannot have true knowledge about the existence of a platform(God), but does not deny that platforms(God) might exist.
Platforms aren't really something you can be agnostic towards.
This was an awesome game series, but I think Bungie already gave the game up to Take Two Interactive (who published Myth III: The Wolf Age)when they were bought my M$.
They are rebooting the reboot? Thats crazy talk.
Well, not to defend the OP, but they have started charging monthly fees for battle.net in some countries.
lol, yeah, wtf is up with that...hahahah
"does 720p naitive but can also display 1080p (non naitive)"
Native resolution refers to the fixed pixel count of the screen. If its 720p, thats only 720 vertical lines. You can't fake an extra 360 lines of pixels to display 1080p. The native resolution of a monitor/screen/printer is the maximum resolution that it can attain.
Just an FYI, unless I'm wrong. In that case I apologize.
I didn't think full hd (1920×1080) was even done on consoles in the first place. Don't they run most 1080p games at a 1280x1080? Expecting 3D at an even higher resolution wouldn't make sense.
For everyone complaing about the os price not included, fine, add $20 and get win7 through your/a friends/childs college. Presto.
Do some research before you say things.
How is that? He's pretty much exactly what Kinect is marketed towards, someone whom is a causal gamer and probably doesn't know a lot about electronics/gaming. If you're gonna say that they should have had a professional set it up/demo it, who is going to go set it up in the homes of all the casual users? What you're seeing here is exactly what you'll get in the majority of homes that purchase this.
Multi plats on PC, exlusives on ps3. :)
There are several MMO's out there just as or more-so polished than WoW.
well, I agree and disagree. I'm an avid AION player, and that being said, from the screenshots of FF14 we've seen, other than the character models, it doesn't look that much more impressive. I will say the FF14 engine looks much more advanced than AIONS, with the lighting effects and based on the benchmark tool. However, from the majority of the screenshots so far, the scenery does look pretty bland. I am expecting alot more in the full release though.
I completely agree with him. I have a mid-high end PC that runs pretty much everything currently out. The FF14 benchmark tool said my PC was fail. That being said, there is no way the 360 could run this game. M$ was just saving themselves the embarrassment.
Guess you've never worked for the big banks :p
Microsoft already told developers not to develop shooting games for kinect, as it doesn't work well. As far as racing games, didn't they say that most of them are going to be pretty much on rails at this point? I think the car moves forward/breaks by itself and you just steer it back and fourth...yay.
