I'm excited about the gaming potential for smart glass; when MS gets behind something they give it 100% support unlike some other companies....Sorry, I'm still pissed off about buying a Move.
Although not everything they make is worth the time and money but at least they try their best.
From all that I've read on N4G: PC and mobile will kill consoles, tablets later kill PCs, gamers hate mobile games = gaming dead?
Which would be impressive if you couldn't get half of the games on existing consoles with identical graphics.
That's so true.
Next month, 3DS Light with improved batter and camera then the month after that, 3DS Light A with a second analog stick and lower price.
Get them while they're hot! Seriously though, I kind of want a 3DS but I'm waiting for a proper hardware revision (battery, camera, analog stick).
I agree, no need to apologize, drink up!
-Cheers
That's very disappointing, one of the reasons I didn't get a Wii is that the games looked extremely jaggy on my 50inch HD, they looked even worse than on a SD TV.
Ebert is the biggest troll of the year two years running now.
Remember when game journalism was restricted to magazines and at the end of them they had a small Rumors section...now the headline of every site is made from a rumor.
I'm more than happy with MGS5. Continue as planned Kojima.
All i care is that Wii U makes Wii games look a lot better on HD TVs.
I have to stop looking at Watchdog, every time I do it makes my PS3 and 360 games look bad.
This happens all the time on my 360 as well but it just says "Some Live Services are Temporarily Unavailable".
Neither services never goes down.
Kinect doesn't work for games.
I think smart glass is interesting but Kinect is useless for gaming except for voice command, which MS could have offered to everyone using headsets but probably never will now because it's Kinects only functional feature so why cannibalize it.
imo
I much prefer trophies because the graded scale as opposed to meaningless points; however, I still get more games for my 360 simply due to the fact that to see an achievement/trophy on 360 only involves one button press (and one to get back), whereas on PS3 is takes a 4 plus there is loading....and then another bunch of button presses to get back to the game. It just takes too long on PS3, like messages and game invites.
I used to buy games to experience intersting new worlds, creatures, characters, gameplay and experiences but all I seem to see these days are ugly wastelands, New York and the middle east with one dimensional sarcastic tough guys.
I guess that's why I still really like Uncharted, at the least the places it takes you are novel. Red Dead was really cool too because it took you back to the wild west which couldn't happen in real life obviously. Some games are still nov...
I just hope he recognizes the difference between difficult and cheap. What's difficult becomes easier the more you master the game, cheap is random or requires the gamer to find that "magic formula'.
Netflix is way better on PS3 though, the fast-forward and rewind is infinitely more functional, it automatically skips intros/recaps when watching a series and it takes far less time to load up.
Even if my 360 is already on, I'll turn it off and start up my PS3 if I want to watch Netflix.
I'm more excited for games on existing consoles coming this fall than Wii U..which is a first for a new console release.
If there was a Metroid game I'd be chomping at the bit, but Wii U's most exciting games can be had on existing consoles and look identical.
