Excellent article. So the media is pointing fingers at the kids at home who plays video games, but grow up, go to college, and have high paying jobs who can afford a PS3, 360, HDTV. But totally disregards the unfortunate "bad seeds of society" who grew up with no video games, no love, no family, who in a desperate situation go out and robb people and steal cars.

The PSP is one of the best things ever invented. The MP3s, Videos, Games, Remote Play connectivity, Wi-Fi, soon to be GPS, and oh lord the homebrew. The only thing it couldn't save is the UMD as a movie format. But oh well.

amnesiac, that's strange how you point that out. i also have friends who supposedly went through at least PS2's, while my original "phat" PS2 is still running strong after 8 years. and it turns out they also had they'res vertical, while i always had mine's horizontal. well, that plus I cleaned it regularly and they'res looked like they throw it in the desert.
there's an early build video in the PSN. Less detailed textures, but still looks good. Now these screenshots do look amazing. Not to mention they are shooting for 1080p@60fps. Hopefully it's true 1920x1080 resolution, not upscaled from 1024x1080 or something. Nonetheless, this game will be among the great PSN games like Superstardust HD, Warhawk, and soon to be SOCOM: Confrontation.
they need more time to optimize the frostbite engine anyway. so far, the videos they show have horrible frame rates. if they can somehow lock it at 30fps, then they got a winner.

i highly doubt it's coming for PS3. If anything, they should release sigma on the 360 and ninja gaiden II for the PS3 to make everyone happy.

COD4 yet with 600p resolution vs 640p resolution, still has extremely better graphics than Halo.
Just like COD4, no matter if it's 360 or PS3, you'll get a good game. That's all that matters.
This is likely as MGS4 going to the 360. It wont happen, as it's been stated numerous times it's a 360 exclusive. Which is fine, 360 owners need exclusive games to play too in 2008.

Funny, the 360 came out one year earlier than the other 2 consoles, and was first place. And it's already got it's assed whooped by the Wii. The PS3 coming out 1 year later than the 360, and it's already almost 6/10th the install base of the 360, and that's with a high price tag and "no games".
