It's funny, with all the hoopla over the Resolution debate, at the end of the day most people are tired of COD anyways.
That and we all know 720P is the new 1080P.
Not going to play this, it has too many pixels.
If it was 720p I would get it since it will be much clearer, sharper, and pop more.
Umm.. because not everything is available on a single platform. That and community plays a big part in that decision. Most of the time people will play whatever their friends play pc or console.
I couldn't agree more. I'm done buying the highest end graphics too. I say anything in the $200-$300 bracket is perfect in terms of getting your money's worth. And upgrade every 3 years or so.
Imo it's better to build one yourself because you get to pick higher quality components. However if you aren't confident the there's no shame in buying a prebuilt machine if you have the budget.
Well we live in a world where we can have both. I love the resurgence in pc gaming since I did invest over $1500 on my pc. The best part about a pc is that it does everything. My favorite part of a console is the games that are exclusive to it.
I beg the question to those so called real gamers that say resolution and stuff doesn't matter as long as they get to play their xbox exclusives, doesn't it occur to you guys what if your favorite franchise could have been bot...
Because it's actually a console vs console debate. It's common knowledge at this point that the PC with its unlimited configuration could be more powerful. That doesn't mean graphics aren't relevant anymore for consoles. And being the pc gamer I am, I still can only play games like God of war, killzone, mgs, etc on a console. And spending $400-$500 on one it had better be up to a certain acceptable standard in which only the ps4 is delivering.
lol still can't believe people like this guy truly really believes in his heart that upscaled 720p to 1080p looks the same as real 1080p.
I don't know whether to feel sorry or laugh.
Gears of War didn't come on the PC until a year later. Halo 2 didn't come out on PC until years later. You aren't making an apples to apples comparison. Titanfall will release on PC day and date with the 360/X1 versions.
I have a feeling it will do very well on the 360 though.
I'm looking forward to trying Titanfall on the PC though.
Gaming Media:
Xbox 360 Launch "OMG Look at the next-gen graphics!"
Xbox One Launch "There's no need for the graphical obsession with next gen."
Sweet, now if we can only get some real Porsches in Gran Turismo I'd be happy.
lol
Just when you start giving them some credit, they shush everyone up and say

Actually the Dust will never settle and forever be stuck in their eyes. He will come up with some sort of spin on the whole thing. That's all they have been doing is spin spin spin. It's making everyone dizzy.
The truth has been out since the reveal of the hardware specs for both consoles. The PS4 is simply more powerful than the X1. Pure 100% fact. It's like saying 2 + 2 = 4, but we got MS and their fans saying 1 + 2 = 3 > 4.
No his comment is implying that upscale 1080p "looks the same" as real 1080p.
It's not an outright lie but it's misleading nonetheless.
Pretty much what I was thinking.
You know actually I upscaled 1P to 1080P and it looks so much more clearer! I mean damn look at those black levels!
Here I took a screenshot

PS4/PC for me... maaaaaaaayyyyyyybbbbbeeeeeeeee Wii U
You guys should know that the PS4 only supports SATA 2 which is 3gbps. No point in buying a 6gbps.
Non-issue for me since I will be buying only PS4 exclusives with a rare multiplatform title or two.
Resolution is part of graphics.
There's a thing called pixel density.

Do you see the striking difference between the 480p image and 1080p one?
