I thought the same thing about the DSi's price. I do think 250 is too much, 200 would be a much more reasonable price, but if it ends up working then good for them. Anything that will help them turn more profit so they can start lowering the PS3 price is ultimately good.

Hasn't this stick been around for a while? I remember seeing it on amazon. The go just comes with 16gb internal, there's still a slot for these, meaning you can get up to 32gb on the go if the limit is 16, and only 16gb on earlier models.
Yes, PLEASE. I really REALLY want a single-player KOTOR to finish out Revan's story, I hate seeing it brushed to the side to set the stage for an MMO.

not really though, they'd totally f@ck it up. the recreation of the city would probably be amazing, but if the story slowly recedes into laziness by slowly and progressively stereotyping more and more ethnic groups like in GTA4, it'll be awful. also there'd probably be way too many inaccurate katrina references/"facts" that'd just piss people off.. if the discovery channel can't even get it right, how would rockstar?

seriously though, does this game use unreal 3 like mass effect? i really really hope not, i hate the unreal 3, i still don't understand how it has texture streaming issues when reading from a HD. even unreal tournament 3 on the lowest settings has issues streaming textures, and you'd think epic would be able to use their own engine the best.
Man, I LOVE Logan's Shadow. It's such an amazing game, and really manages to capture the feeling of the first two Syphon Filters while successfully adopting modern shooter and stealth gameplay conventions. The objectives are more diverse than most shooters I can think of.. I REALLY hope they make a Syphon Filter PS3. I know there was a rumor that Bend is doing it with the Killzone engine, and if it's true, I think I'll sh!t my pants with joy.
They'll NEVER do that.. all cross-platform enabled games are free to play multiplayer for XBL silver members since games for windows live went free, if Gears went free for silver members they'd lose a lot of gold subscribers.
Sucks, cuz I'd love to see it too. I wish they'd keep 360 games on 360 though, I feel like I'm running out of ways to justify owning a 360 when I have a nice gaming rig.

I find it really hard to believe that Kojima wants ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Rising, he's said in numerous interviews that Raiden is his favorite MGS character and that he was really upset over the MGS fan reaction to him in Sons of Liberty.
I think he just realizes how much more important Snake(s) is/are.
Yeah, you didn't see people knocking chairs over for the Home sizzle reel. Stuff like that had more just polite applause, and even the PSP part was pretty quiet (though I'll admit, I was giggling like a girl who just got a pony for her birthday when Kojima played that Peace Walker trailer)
Yeah, they are working on Rising too. Kojima's role with Rising is basically just to b!tchslap them if they get out of hand, but I have a lot of faith in his team because Kojima himself obviously does too. Also I loved Portable Ops.
The MGS4 team is HUGE, I highly doubt every single one is working on Peace Walker, and I think in the Sony conference he just said "majority." He's still taking on an important enough role with Rising that he can ensure that it won't turn out to be a bad game.
Frankly, I'm AMPED for both.. though as a hopeless MGS fanboy I'll always say it, ANY of the 4 Snakes > Raiden. That doesn't mean I didn't REALLY want a playable Raiden as DLC.. and this could be arguably bet...
Yeah they definitely want them to cut before COD6. There's no way they'd actually stop supporting Sony, especially not after saying they want COD6 to break the Halo 3 and GTA4 records. They just want to set a new record so him and his exec buddies can go get drunk and wave their penises at traffic. It's just a terrible, terrible bluff from someone who's let the power go to his head.
