It's amazing how many people assume everything is being recorded 24/7. There has to be a red flag to start the investigation in the first place. Just like that kid that is in jail for making a joke about doing something to his school. That will raise an alarm no matter if you are on Xbox Live or Playstation Network.

It won't last as long after the PS4 comes out like the PS2 did after the PS3 was released. PS3 sales are still pretty good so I imagine after the end of next year support will dwindle and sales will fall sharply. What will keep the PS3 going are price cuts. It hasn't even reached $199 yet so they have a ways to go.

It isn't relevant and here's why. You have moved the goal posts multiple times and will continue to do so because you don't like Microsoft's Xbox system because they are direct competitors to the Playstation. Therefore you see the Xbox brand as a threat. Want proof? All those years complaining about why the Xbox 360 wasn't for you. Not enough games, it costs money to play online, the hardware was unreliable, later on too much focus on Kinect, not enough core games.

Please provide REAL stats. Not Sony amalgamating PSN accounts that cover PS3 and Vita all while people are able to create multiple accounts on the same system. You have no idea how many people are active because neither company proves raw data to analyze.
