they're unable to (for a certain period) because of a contract with epic, I wouldn't wait for it if I were you.
did you calculate the bag from epic for exclusivity with that or not? I wanna support remedy, but they make it hard with their business practices.
I mean it released almost 10 years ago, things change fast especially in an industry like this. Just look at gachas for example, it's absolutely wild that so many people see those kinda games as normal now.
I will remember this as the penis-game
there was something about that game that made it feel so unique, maybe the descriptions in power unlimited were just too good haha.
twisted metal horror sounds about right, the show definitely added some of that
when you purely look at gaming, yes it's more expensive, but you can get hardware that's better than in your current console, you can't do anything on a ps besides watching some movies. I can upgrade whenever I want/need, not when a company decides it. That's not even speaking of all the other things, good luck hosting a server (not gaming server) on a pc, good luck doing vfx, good luck doing basically anything that's not entertainment related, the list goes on and on. <...
alone in the dark?
miles better than only being able to perform at one price, soon 2.
yes lets release all games for the year in january.
@koektollie that would have happened regardless of gamepass because they still don't have many games
I wouldn't take advice from the gamings industry whore anyway, they jump from publisher to publisher, in between each saying that they want full autonomy and it every time ends up with them not being autonomous.
no it's exactly the same, both are way over the size/amount of employees and/or capital, that one would consider calling an indie studio.
redefining what an indie is? they got over 100 employees and a lot of outsourcing. That's like saying CDPR is an indie studio.
don't forget about Mirror's Edge and Battle for Middle-Earth
play this people, fantastic and very uniue rpg and a blast with friends playing (custom) campaigns
@foxtrot stop jumping through hoops, sony is not immune to bad decisions or layoffs.
just saying your revenue is up because you spend an equal amount of money to make a a large town from, to buy a company, is not what I call paying off already.
Larian refused to make an expansion partly because of how other non-Larian employees got treated, Larian is in such a good position that they had all the cards.
Larian was treated fine, it's everyone else at Hasbro that wasn't.
I played 2 of them and the sad thing was that the gameplay mechanics were actually really good, but I just couldn't suffer through all the time gating, pop ups and all the other predatory stuff.
