Enslaved was multiplatform
The game looks good graphic wise, but horrible gameplay wise. If that doesn't improve drastically I don't see this game doing well.
@CaptainObvious So now you blame casuals for being casuals?
A friend of mine is not a die hard gamer but he loves everything about star wars, he just wants to have a good time in a star wars game and if he wouldnt pay for it he would likely never be able to play as the heroes he wants. So he won't mind spending some money on it (some =/ whale). Is he to blame for that now, for mindlessly giving the tyrant EA money? No, he just wants to have a good time and doesn't really care...
they dont count digital sales u dummy. Now we will all believe your underinformed opinion........
@neutral why does it need to be on par with switch features?
Sales are a general observation of succes of a console, features are not.features/software dictates the succes of a console. I can create a console with the worst features ever but if it sells more than ps4/xbox1 I can generally say its more succesful (providing it also has decent software sales).
Cause then that means that ps4/xbox need to have the same features as well, which they don't, they arent portable...
They released Valkyria Chronicles 1 on steam not too long ago, so there is hope :)
Some games will probably require you to upgrade the firmware of your console so untill that happens you might be able to pirate some of them.
There is some benefit to pirating games to me, though I almost never do it anymore in the last years. Sometimes I want to try out a game to see if I like it and if it is worth my money. If I do enjoy one of these games I will for sure buy it. I have bought 10+ games that I otherwise would never have bought at all because I got a sneak preview of it through pirating them. I'm not saying that i condone my behaviour but with devs hardly releasing demo's anymore, false advertising and do...
cant afford one? :p
Even if all these allegations were proven true, do you really think Sony would let the game that is due for release soon be cancelled? This has nothing to do with cancelling the game, even if all the management will be fired there the game will be released.
Yeah it imght be a bit of an overreaction. But on the otherside on the internet it cannot be unseen.
It wouldn't surprise me if in this day and age something is written about this in their contract around social media statements etc.
I am all for freedom of speech. But I can sympathyze that companies don't want their employees making stupid statements/edgy jokes with their company name under their twitter handle.
Never seen/played those but I can imagine they are fully cell shaded?
Also Ive been losing interest in One Piece, after the timeskip with the updated artstyle everything went downhill imo. Good thing is that when I start watching again I have a crapton of episodes to watch :P (I quit after Doflamingo arc)
With best looking I meant in terms of graphical fidelity.
Best looking One Piece game so far, but I don't like the mix of cell shaded characters and realistic environments, I wish they just go full out anime for this game.
I hope they release a remaster/remake of Demon Souls, it's not as likely though since Dark Souls is the most well known/popular from the suls series
I do think that Sony is in part to blame for making the game bigger than the devs originally wanted or at least how it was marketed.
They were a very small team that just wanted to create the game they would love. Then Sony came into the picture and put them on the big stage making that game one of their flagship titles for that year. Ofc the devs are still to blame for making stupid statements etc. but I do feel that Sony had a big part in that whole ordeal.
I kind of like the idea of like a 20 dollar game for a new TM, no need for cutting edge graphics or anything. Just make the gameplay solid and give it a unique look and I think it could be great once again.
it's not that people are begging for them, but there will be more remasters inevitably so this is just asking which ones would be the best since remasters are going to happen anyway.
@fox the story of The Witcher 1 doesn't have much to do with the other 2 games, besides some of the cast there is not much that carries on in the sequels. Witcher 1 is about the school of the Wolf mostly (Geralt's witcher school)
Legacy of Kain would fit right in there, although sony has no rights to that IP as far as I'm aware.
Ah later instalments were not sony exclusive, so dont mind me sir :p
