what does microsoft have to do with the quality of PSX? you are great at arguments, u just say random stuff and act like its relevant. You can also discuss some of the not best moments of sony without saying: what did MS do?

You clearly don't know how this business works. If Insomniac goes with MS again they are either gonna demand way more exposure (store, tv ads etc.) or way more money up front because they are going to make it an exclusive. MS probably isn't thrilled about that since the last one didn't do that well financially. It's basically a bad deal for both MS and Insomniac if they make the sequel an x1 exclusive.

On a serious note, they are saying play with everyone, its an open world where you can meet people and make friends and play with them. There is no excuse for no chat then.

I don't think we are in the minority, but there are so called 'Whales' they spend a crapton of money on lootboxes/mobile games etc. I think 1 of those whales outweighs a lot of ppl who dont buy MT.

MMO's are not too complex for consoles FF XI was on playstation 2 even which had like the worst online capabilities ever but it worked. Consoles are more about the plug and play out of the box experience without much tinkering with setting or installing. I think Sony doesn't want psn to become clusterfucked with (buggy) early acces games like steam.
Early acces games do have a benefit which is another story, but it doesnt really fit the console market.

By having that certain copy in your posession you are the owner of that copy of the game to do with what you want. Give it to a friend, burn it, sell it.
The ammount people that play games have also gone up so that would even it out if they make a good, full fledged game instead of flooding it with microtransactions.
