There one was a time when xbox exclusives used to come with a free month of xbox live... maybe they'll bring it back
I disagree. If you want to pay gtaV, go play gtaV. Watch dogs I'd a different game, so naturally the player character has different abilities. Ubi shouldn't waste their time trying to cram everything gta in their world, they should spend it making their world stand on its own.
In other news, the sky is blue and the grass is green...
I'm skeptical myself, but nvidia disagrees with you

I don't know, this just seems like another way to make the game accessible to folks who don't want to bother figuring out how to be good at the game. 'I suck playing online, so I'll just play against a bunch of bots that look like online players'
I doubt the cloud could do much to improve graphics, but it could aid in making experiences more immersive.
I'd like to have ai that can respond to voice conversationally. I'm not talking about typical voice commands, I'm talking about AI that can hear what you say, interpret context and tone, and respond/react accordingly. That type of processing would need to be cloud powered.
I also wouldn't mind seeing Kinect playing a more integral role i...
The biggest flaw in this article is that it ignores the fact that people are UPGRADING, their consoles, not simply adding another console to their living rooms.
The number of people who say i don't need a Ps4/Xb1 right now because I'm happy with my ps3/x360, is going to shrink steadily as those devices start losing support. It's quite the fallacy to compare this time to '83 when there were no clear generational gaps between hardware releases.
I certainly agree that we have reached a point where focusing too much effort on detailed geometry well do relatively little to improve the overall gameplay experience.
Just the other day folks were arguing about polygon counts between ps4 and xb1 game character. As if 10s of thousands per character isn't more already more than our eyes will be able to distinguish.
I hope developers avoid the 'prettier is better' trap and actually find ways to ma...
I don't understand why publishers feel like their game has to be 'full price' regardless of how much they spent on it.
There are so many games that launch at $60 to their own detriment.
I see no need to attack her further, but I think the transgender community should understand the confusion folks have when trying to identify them in a non offensive manner. After all , chances are they grew up with trouble identifying themselves.
I once saw a (male) dressed in a manner that straddled the line between transgender and flamboyant being questioned by the police. (There was no way to tell for sure if the person was gay, transgender or both)The officer very polite...
I just got back from a cruise to Bermuda on this ship. It was a great time, but I didn't notice the wii u.
@AceBlazer13
Whatever man, people vote with their wallets. Those who choose to buy an xbox do so knowing it A) comes with a Kinect and B) is has less raw power than the ps4. C) costs more than the PS4
Knowing those facts, if someone still chooses to buy the xbox, it's because they value what it has to offer. Who are you or I to tell someone what is worth their money?
Man, that looks great! What the naive resolution and frame rate?
It's not milking cash. It's avoiding artificial depreciation of new titles. If they didn't do this, it would severely hurt sales of the current gen version of the game because the market would be flooded with used copies.
You really expect a company to sell a brand new game for $10 AND discourage people from buying the current gen version from a retailer? That's suicide.
This is the only obvious reasonable solution. Otherwise, folks would download the upgrade, then resell the disk at a depreciated value, cutting the publisher out of potential profit simply for being generous. It's the same reason Microsoft's original plan wouldn't have worked without drm.
The funny thing is, if the game included no upgrade program at all (a nice gesture) folks wouldn't have anything to complain about...
Gamers complain about a...
The problem is, people put so much stock into being in 'camps'...
I only really play Madden, but i haven't even bought that game in years because of the stagnation in terms of innovation.
I want to play a game where the AI behaves like human beings. They remember things, they feel pain, and have emotions. I want to play a game where you can watch a game plan play out.
Peytons hurry up offense should have a visual affect on the opposing defense in the second half. Bernard Pollard's ferocious (often illegal) hits shou...
People who choose the xbox over ps obviously value whatever potential the Kinect2 has over raw graphical power... that said they probably don't share your sentiments.
Not sure why folks continue to expect everyone to want the same things out of their games.
You disproved your own point. Yes this would have to be considered along side any tools they had in the works. So how could they make this up out of the blue over the course of a few weeks?
Throw in the complexities associated with allowing anyone with an Xbox low level access to the system and you've got a puzzle that could take a while to complete.
At a time when the hardware, the firmware, and drivers are still not finalized, don't you think the pr...
@foxtrot
There is plenty to do it watch dogs. No you can't go golfing, or parachute from the top of a mountain... but those things would be out of scope and out of character.
as Aiden, you can roam around, listening to other npc's and intervene in their lives for better or worse. You can also hop on-line and hack other players.
So the things you can do outside of the main missions are within the games themes.
