I do feel bad for the developers knowing what they tried to do, but at the same time, why would you create a game like this and put it on so many platforms. It makes zero sense to me. Its better to put awesome game on a single platform, then later port to other platforms than ...do what they did, specially with the amount of money they had to work with.

Its just baffling. I have yet to play the game, so I can't say how good or bad it is, the art style completely change...

What is a console? I always thought it was a single platform that the first and third party developers could create games for given the hardware would remain the same. This is a fundamental change with what we know as a console....right?

Am I seriously the only person who feels that the reactions and animations during conversations doesn't look natural? In most cases, they're fine, but occasionally, the animation is so exaggerated or over the top, it just looks ridiculous and is embarrassing to watch.

Despite this, I still love the game and the HD overhaul is great. I mean, even the song that plays during the game selection is awesome.

I love FFX, but sometimes, the conversations and animation movements are so exaggerated and super cheesy, almost making feel like a fool, hoping nobody decides to walk in at that very moment which would only make me feel even more foolish haha.

I'll stick with my Nvidia GTX 790, no thanks.

I wanted to love Lords of the Fallen. The graphics were quite good and the gameplay looked fun. But, ultimately, I just couldn't enjoy it. My first hour with the game was promising and I did enjoy it. Killing the first real boss was great. I thought, 'okay, its kinda like a souls game, good enough for me.' But, Shortly after that first boss, I ran into numerous glitches. I fell through the map twice, fought enemies that would just disappear and then reappear, hit enemies for 0 dam...

Yeah, I would feel the same way if I were the one writing the article too. Maybe a good honorable mention at most. Although they were made by From with similar ideas, the gameplay is completely different from the Souls series.

A game that I absolutely have to mention is 3D Dot Game Heroes. Its a game nobody ever talks about and even has a nice Souls reference. Its very 'Zeldaesque' but its got some hardcore difficulty thrown in for extra challenge which fans of th...

Although hard to find these days, I would suggest Kings Field. They were made by From Software back in the day and its obvious that they were always headed toward the direction of Dark Souls, but had to wait for the hardware to catch up to their creativity.

Idk why people are complaining about the environmental textures when the game is 50% through development. Shouldn't the primary focus be the cars and physics? That's what I'm excited for. GT6 had like... nearly 1k cars. Thats rediculous man. I don't think 40 nissan skylines should be in the game and I'm glad they cut some of the fat off the meat. The black interiors were just terrible. So, even there are like 100 something cars in this game, I think that's more than en...

Maybe this will force people to think twice about what reviewers say when they're reading their review. Unless there's video, how do we know if this is how they're playing the game?

I actually like this idea. Most remastered games are 30 or 40, sometimes 60 bucks. Here, you have the option to either buy COD Infinite warfare with or without it. The only bummer here is, you have to decide if you're going to buy it with or without it when you buy the game.

However, this is a smart business decision. Bundling this remastered modern warfare, a game we all loved so much, with a brand new game for an additional $20 is a great way to get a LOT of people t...

The optimal solution is for Sony to create a brand new console with parts that can easily be upgradable, much like a PC and sell that. They shouldn't be selling a brand new console with upgraded hardware that isn't upgradable by the customer just to keep up with the technology. By the time this new console is out, they'll have to release another new console in a few more years. Not to mention, the developers are going to go through the same thing the team with Duke Nukem did and w...

You're correct. I actually downloaded the mmo, found the person from the video and talked with them. They had no idea that they were 'famous'. I think that dude from the video was totally blowing the situation out of proportion, but the mmo does have a creepy vibe to it because of the fact that its so empty.

I disagree completely. Have you never heard of the compartmentalization of hardware and what is common referred to as, a personal computer? Each machine is slightly different. Just because one machine has hardware that is superior to another does not mean the inferior machine cannot run any given software. It simply means that one machine will run the given software more effectively.

The same can be said with Sony's idea. Ultimately, the development and progression that...

DragonDDark, I can agree with that. Now that I really think about it, Dark Souls 2 was also in its own little world, but not as awesome.

Don't forget, the lore from the Souls series is spread throughout 4 different games. Bloodborne is kind of its own little awesome world.

I love Dark Souls 3 so much more. Demon's Souls is my favorite in the series, but the level design is so well done in Dark Souls 3. Although its not interconnected like Dark Souls was, there is so much stuff packed into this game that even when I go to areas for 2nd or 3rd time, I'm still missing items or complete areas.

Demon's Souls is one of my all time favorite games because its a game that was so difficult for me to beat but such an amazing journey to the end. It was a game that had so many unique ideas and were implemented correctly on the first try. Demon's Souls was one of the first games I can think of where you could get invaded by another player with the sole purpose of hunting you down and killing you. Leaving messages to both help and trick players was also an awesome idea.

I played through Bloodborne, but... didn't enjoy it as much as the Souls games. I felt like there weren't as many options I had before when developing my play style. Combat was faster paced, and movement was quick which I really liked. The enemies were all pretty awesome and the environment...man was it epic. It just didn't suck me in.

My order of favorite to least favorite is as follows:
Demon's Souls > Dark Souls > Bloodborne > Dark Souls I...

I thought the Demo was pretty unique. It was certainly out of the box. I wished that the weapons had actual stats I could see and I'm hoping the combat is not this basic. It was a neat idea..but I hope the game combat isn't identical to this sytem.
