Nintendo killed it this year. Playstation did what they always do, put out great games. Microsoft put out a powerful console, but forgot that it needed games to make it a success.
Lets hope Microsoft can up their game next year on the games front now that they have a powerful console that developers can take an advantage of.
Don't care.
How does a game that hasn't even fully released yet on PC get a console version? Why are people buying this if it's not even a finished product?
I'd love to have the ability to delete my notifications...why is this not possible?
That'll be plenty of time to put in 100 hours into Monster Hunter :D
Consoles aren't good enough in a world with PCs...
I really don't care about cosmetics. I want the game to be fun. It's not fun if it includes a pay-to-win system.
Consoles will always be in the past, never the future. The PC is what determines what hardware consoles will be using...
The UI / software infrastructure...maybe, but saying that one console is how all other consoles are going to be in the future is a blatant lie because obviously, we don't know what future the consoles hold. But, more than likely, it won't be the same because...if you're the same as your competitor, then you're just copying what they alrea...
If by chance the internet becomes a controlled substance, I've got a perfectly good PS1, SNES, N64, VITA, GBC...the list goes on.
And to be perfectly honest, the government should be looking to reduce sugar intake instead of internet intake.
A career mode would be wonderful.
Looks pretty fun.
Gran Turismo gets the physics right, put a lot of work into the aesthetics, and best of all, they are super detailed when it comes to the tracks/cars (not counting non-premium cars from GT 5/6) both interior and exterior.
I'm loving Project Cars 2, but Gran Turismo has always been great about keeping things simple and I'm happy they're not including 1,000 cars. I'd much rather have 10 high quality, extremely detailed, precision physics applied, than 50 gener...
Xbox one X...totally not worth it.
...this is what the world has come to...
I suppose he didn't try the version on the system that the game was built on...
If you don't own a high end pc, then why not pick up a console. Personally, I think I had more fun with a Super Nintendo than any other console, but to each his own.
This has been my family's look for generations.
Personally, I think everyone is entitled to their opinion. They can write an article, add a comment, or even add their piece in a magazine. Does that mean we have agree with everything that they say? Absolutely not.
The problem here, is that we've always assumed that reviewers were pretty good at playing the game they review. This is most certainly not the case(Difficult games from the NES/SNES Era for example). Some people are gifted with the ability to write, but this...
Destiny was one of those incredibly frustrating games for me. The gameplay was so good, but everything else was designed to make you spend hours and hours hoping for better equipment for 'your' class. After I beat the initial game, I had nothing else to do. The DLCs added a lot, but they came out way too late. I tried getting back into it, but I just had that "done with it" feeling that I couldn't shake off.
As much as I want to dive into a new Destiny...
Just curious, but what 3rd party titles are you looking for on the switch? For the first year of a new console, I'd say they did pretty darn good.
