Man, that's really disappointing. They worked incredibly hard and Driveclub and the improvements they made were astounding. I want to wish everyone the best and hope they were offered something or will be offered a job very soon.
The same could be said about his opinions.
So, this raises the question. In the future, will they allow us to modify our consoles so that if upgrades to come out, we can easily replace them? I would much rather do that, then sell my current console just to get a better version of the same thing...
I'm a pc gamer and always will be for that very reason. I love consoles, but I hate the fact that I have no real control on the hardware..
If the game is garbage...you should have a right to tell everyone you know and their moms so none of them go and buy it. I'm sure the developers put hard work into this game...but if they're willing to go out of their way and sue a journalist who didn't like their game and gave it a terrible review, maybe..you know..man up and make it better?
No, instead they sue the journalist, not only making themselves look bad but also completely ruining any future they may h...
Yeah, maybe they never found it? Idk..it was a pretty big thing when D2 was at its prime.
So..if you enjoy a game and buy dlc because you want to prolong the fun your currently having, you're considered a moron? I think you need to rethink your logic friend.
I'd probably pick one up if I had any idea what the game actually is..
I've got plenty of racing games to keep me busy until this drops. And man am I looking forward to a new Gran Turismo game.
So if you're offline...no internet connection at all.. and can't download the files..then what?
At this point in time, I honestly wouldn't know what I'd be buying. You travel to different planets..doing what, Idk. Until I see the game in action and understand what all you can do..i'd put it in a pending status.
When can we get a game that uses this new engine? I love the art being created, but when can we actually get some gameplay going with level of detail? If the PS4/xb1 can't handle it, my pc can.
Wasn't Forza labeled the Gran Turismo Killer? ..yeah, that didn't happen either did it.
Did you actually play the game?
71 ON meta is far from amazing - why are you using metacritic as a standard? The people there have no standards.
Bad soundtrack - Yeah..I agree.
Bad driving mechanics - You mean physics? The physics are pretty solid if you turn off the assists.
No customisation - If you're talking about care upgrades and the like, then yeah, I'd agree. That could have added even more depth to the game.
Boring online - Unl...
I think initially, Driveclub had one of the worst releases in recent memory. The "Free" version was pushed back like a year and full version's complex online systems didn't work for a month following the release.
But since that time, they have bounced back greater than anything I've ever seen in the game industry in terms of upgrading through updates. They totally pulled a 180 and its one of the best simcade racing titles and one of the most gorgeous ga...
To the people who disagree, why would you not comment? I'm curious as to what you are disagreeing on. Have you looked at the content? While there are a few games here and there that aren't bad... most of them are just meh.
Speak up if you disagree...don't just click the disagree button and walk away..
Very mediocre games with a lot of free to play titles. Why would I waste my time?
With an attitude like that, I don't know how you even have friends.
If I have $60 lying around and want to play a new fighting game and Street Fighter just came out, am I going to waste my time to see if..idk..1/4th of the game is present in the game at release. No.
I'm going to expect that the entire game, singleplayer, multiplayer, trials, and a practice mode is present. Why wouldn't it be?
With that said, If I bought this gam...
By the time they "catch up", we'll be in the next generation of consoles. And besides... who's going to be able to afford a game that can run games with graphical setting requirements that high?
The first 10 hours of watchdogs imo was pretty good. But, then you soon realize that your character has probably one of the most boring, lifeless, personas in any main protagonist ...maybe ever. He didn't care about anything it seemed which made me feel like I shouldn't care either. So, the story was a huge miss for me.
Also at the 10 hour mark, you start to realize that you've pretty much seen everything the game has to offer, and the missions are mostly rinse/re...
He mentioned in the blog that he hasn't played it yet, but I say, if he has like 200 hours of free time..go for it dood haha.
I would suggest playing Disgaea 5. They're all pretty much the same, but I just felt that Disgaea 5 does everything the best.
