Development 101 in a perfect world:
1. Game is developed
2. Game goes gold, put on discs, minor bugs are fixed, work on dlc begins.
3. Game releases, people buy it and have fun.
4. Devs release dlc, people buy it and enjoy it.
It doesn't always go this way. Sometimes the dlc is on the disc, sometimes the dlc is free for by saying, "sorry we shipped a broken game".
But in this case, the game is amazing and...
Looks really good. Nice and clean for sure. If you can get dynamic lighting to work, it would do wonders for your remake.
Happy they fixed the issues with the biggest complaints. Its a good game, but a few more months of polishing could have really improved perception. Instead of people focusing on the strange animations(at times) they could have been focusing on gameplay faults and the devs could have been working on those things instead.
Also, this game 100% needs a photographer mode because this game is absolutely gorgeous. PS4 now has custom themes you can apply and I'd love to take a ...
I respect your opinion but kindly disagree with everything you said. Call me crazy but this actually a very good game. Too bad you didn't enjoy it. Your loss buddy.
Anything more than $500 is too much. Its not like there isn't an xbox 1 console already out. Think back to the PS3 on release. People had a really hard time paying $600 and a lot of people waited for a price drop...and that was with a brand new console.
As per the title of this article, I doubt it. Sony has release top tier games on their machine this year while on the other hand, I haven't heard a word of one single top tier exclusive game on the xbox. If there...
Hilarious video. A lot of those bugs were fixed in the 1.01 patch though. And despite the facial animations being lackluster at times, the game is actually pretty awesome. I'm about 10 hours in for SP and about 4 in MP and both are really good.
The only issues I see re-occurring are audio bugs when combat begins. Basically, vol. is normal, then I get attacked and the vol. jumps about 3 or 4 ticks on my tv. It's kind of rare, but it does happen.
Mass Effect 1 Ending Spoiler Alert:
I love how everyone gives ME3 a hard time, but don't you guys remember in ME1 where Shepard has a ship land on him and he somehow manages to come out of the wreckage in perfect condition without a scratch? ... How was that even believable. No one says a thing about it...
Does No Man's Sky ring a bell? However, that whole game was a giant middle finger to anyone who bought it..including myself *tear*.
So tired of people saying this. Come up with some actual complaints, then I'll listen. The game is big with many things to talk about and all you have to say is the generic "animations are terrble"? Did you even play it? That's such a tiny part of the game...
I'm okay with the voice actor... not great but alright. But the character.. God I hate her. She has a way of saying good job and not meaning it at all while at the same dismissing your hard work. So annoying man.
Aside from this and a few glitches, like a vanishing car, it's pretty good man. I really enjoy all the backstory found in logs and notes. You have to dig for it, but its pretty interesting. I'm still sad Liara didn't go to Andromeda though.
I really don't see any difference at all. I would expect the aliasing to be cleaned up, given a sharper image, or softer tones(HDR), but I'm not seeing any of that. Graphics aside, the game is awesome and I'm really looking forward to this one.
The Dark UI is a nice addition. Playing at night with a white screen burns man. However, I think I'm more excited by the fact that Cave Story is an available game to play. Its one of my favorite indie titles and that game alone might be the reason why I pick one of these up :D
Microsoft burned that bridge long ago. Japanese developers don't want to work with them because nobody buys their console in japan. Why build a game and put it on a console that nobody is going to play on said console..
I'm not sure what 'sells well' on an xbox these days. At one point, the xb1 was special and unique, but the past year or so, I've seen no reason to really have one over the other consoles. I mean..if you can't get a solid JRPG on a console, what's the point of even having one.
Create a new Dragon Quest game and put it on PS4/XB1/PC...
Idk, i'm pretty excited for 2017. I'm very much looking forward to the Nintendo Switch. I skipped out on the WII U and haven't really played a modern nintendo game in like 5 years. I'll let the VR stuff develop for another year or two before I give it another look.
And there's Gran Turismo Sport, which I really hope comes out this year. I've had the logitech driving force GT for 6 years now and I'm making the switch to a PC/PS4 thrustmaster wheel...
Oh man, I hope you're right. This game looks amazing and I've been so excited to play it.
Cuphead is only on XB1?! Seriously...? I've been looking forward to this game for years now, and come to find out I can't even play it, is disappointing to say the least.
You should look into the retro pie. It would be a cool project you both can work on. And, not only can you have every NES game, but SNES, N64, SEGA Genesis...etc.. through emulation.
