The DLC's won't come out at one time, and this is the best a developer can do to prevent used games trade for as long as possible.

Of course that would be impossible to answer since we don't know the definite technical achievement on UC4, the game is not out yet.
But i'm pretty sure, IF...UC3 was made to be 60fps, lowering the resolution to...say 640p won't be enough, other factors should be sacrificed...
But the optimization always follow, even Naughty Dog can possibly make UC1 720p/60fps/no screen tearing on PS3 with their current knowledge.

Because some Uncharted/PS4 haters do...
and...to double the framerate (whatever the game is) needs more than just lowering the resolution...

I'm itched to answer your questions. I won't. The game may last 5, 10 hours, you name it but, if the game contain unforgettable moments, that would last forever...
And, no, not all people are like you. Many gamers don't care about multiplayer or co-op as long as the game itself deserve purchasing...

It always depend on the game itself how QTEs are implemented. Some games with QTEs are good or even very good Shenmue, GOW, Heavy Rain, Metal Gear Rising, etc.
Some are annoying, Ninja Gaiden III (not Razor's Edge), Ninja Blade, etc.
Never played Ryse, so i wouldn't comment on it...

I agree, media almost always harsh at Sony. Many websites highlight equality between 2 versions of GTA V...

The Nintendo DS killed J-RPG's existence on consoles. More or less, NDS is to blame...
The consoles's hardwares aren't like in the 2000's when they're very advanced at the time they were released, so even Nintendo will have a chance in creating hardware that technologically comparative yet competitive in price.
They have very powerful IP lineup, that even if they are ranked 3rd, it will still be a decent sales that very tight with the 2nd.
My first and only Strategy game i've beaten so far...not to mention this game didn't have recruiting element that always confusing me...

Rage = Supposedly a very famous multiplatform IP but changed into exclusive or should have been on PS3/X360/both but cancelled.

Colourful menu & UI, light & vibrant colors usage in the game, story oriented, anime/manga style graphics, less choice in driving the story, humors, village/town-dungeon-castle, etc
Based on contents :
Spiky hair, less blood, friendships, rivalry (the rival usually cooler than the hero himself -but sometimes has mental disorder-, friendly looking castle, flashy costumes & armors/weapons, teenage heroes/heroines, moe charac...
Why angry!? RPG is basically one-button! Too much button and the genre become action.
