Because NOSTALGIA > CHANGE.
DMC sucks, DmC is great...
Make the reboot's sequel, or give the franchise a rest 7-10 years before reboting again...
And while giving it a rest, make a new hack & slash IP...
@GrayFOX333, D-DU
I read in Wiki that CTR had a high quality.
But by the time CTR was released i was already 16 and games like CTR seemed like a childish game to me.
Your nostalgia is CTR, but to me it's Ridge Racer Type-4...
Hahahah...hey, i don't blame you
I was too busy playing J-RPG and J-Act in PS1 & PS2 era, only picked Jak HD recently and never liked Crash...yeah never liked it...
I hate to say this, but, ND weren't as awesome as they are now...
I don't play Minecraft but, maybe MS is planning on making Minecraft like Tetris, snake, etc. in the past.
And yes, the franchise will last longer than we expected
No matter how i look at it, it's a musou game, an action-RPG game won't have that many enemies on the screen at the same time....
I hope DQXI on PS3/PS4...
Hope RE Zero will follow, many people haven't played this game since it was exclusive for Gamecube.
When the time comes, the consoles would be at US$200...
Could it be human error that EA just "forgot" to include sun on PS4, or the game testers on EA missed this?
Releasing a title on multiplats (last & current) gen proved to be a tough job, for example Battlefield 4 Team, so maybe not only the people in development, but also the people in quality control had a hard time as well...
Don't have X1 or PS4 yet, but there's no way PS4 can't handle that lighting...
Compared to the days of PS2 when many games easily reach hundred thousands to 1 million copies in their first weeks, i wonder how the developers/publishers in Japan still survive these days...
Too bad, if anyone said Japan is not as important than Europe or NA, they are wrong, 'cos even in the weakest period of (console) market in Japan, the games they develop will still have impact for the world.
Dragon Quest VIII HD & Rogue Galaxy HD
Who cares! I want RIDGE RACER 8!!!
As an individual, he is one of the best out there, i bet he acknowledged it himself. But at the same time he's looking at the Rockstar's GTA V, Ubisoft's The Division, etc, whom the people who created those games aren't nearly as famous as he is individually.
Nothing wrong about him, he's pursuing perfection, there's sky above the sky, that's what he thought i think.
NT is a very good developer (not amazing like ND but still very good, the should be on par with Rocksteady), i enjoyed Enslaved and dmc (tbh more than previous DMCs).
Sony's marketing is now better than earlier time of PS3...hope this game will be positively accepted by reviewers and users...
Don't expect too much...
I won't be surprised if the PS4 version will look less beautiful than X1's.
This is a game supported by MS after all...and SE, you know what they've been doing...
Not going to buy X1 because of TR (not that really great a game i think), but if (if only suddenly but that would be unlikely) MS paid Sega and localize Yakuza 5 to the west, i'm gonna change my mind...
To succeed with X1 is not the same thing as pleasing the fanboys...
But i congratulate you, being an X1 fanboy, you must be very happy right now...
That's the way MS doing business, rather than using money to develop more games, they buy exclusivity for the games that should be multiplatformed....that's not healthy for the industry...
I hope there will be fuel stations-complete with item store and save point-throughout the game...
1 gallon=10 gil..
