1 agree for you, Uncharted's stories aren't that great, same old adventure's recipe with little (or no) twist in it. Good, but nothing special.
But that doesn't stop making it one of the best series ever made on the last gen.

Maybe (just maybe), DS4 active controller indicator is a part of a-fixed-design industry,
turning it off need hardware/software re-engineering or anything related to the law (patent, etc),
and (maybe) those are millions of dollars of money needed...

Definitely redefined action gaming at that time. It was not the hardest action game, it was the most reasonable one. Oh, and great graphics + 60fps.
Ninja Gaiden gave us total freedom control to fight the most bloodthirstied enemies in gaming history...
...when the other games offer limited control to fight stupid AI enemies -which are surrounding the main character but rarely attacking him-

an ideal game has to have :
1. Great graphic
2. Great gameplay
3. Great sound and music
4. Great storyline, and...
5. Unforgettable moments

The sales itself isn't bad. It's just big investment need bigger profit. Shenmue 1 cost US$ 70m, a very large amount money at that time, as a comparison, Gran Turismo 5 only cost US$ 60m.

I know what you mean. And i think it's a good thing when PS4 buyer who don't have interest (or only a few) in big titles that have been released, while expecting more to come,they can enjoy F2P games.
It's healthy, both for producers and consumers.

Absolutely agree with you, but i prefer the physical disc when it comes to something for collection.
I consider beating & shooting citizens in GTA is not evil, it's ridiculous. Dunno why the GTA fans seem to enjoy doing it.

Yes, Infamous isn't at the same market/genre. And Titanfall, whether the game is good or not, the hype will make it sell

Dunno whether i have to agree or disagree with you. I like the effect black bars that creates cinematic feel, but losing 280 pixel of 1080 (that's 26%) is a bit too much i think
I'm relieved that there are good guys making fan translations, but i'm gonna be excited if it's remastered on PS3 or Vita.
